“The custom ribbons I ordered were beautiful! I'm very satisfied with the way it turned out. The only downside is the website and how it does not really let you save multiple ribbon designs unless you put them in your cart. I'm hoping this is just the case for new designs and not re-orders. I would hate to have to design my ribbons all over again. The other thing I would like is to see more logo designs or have an option in which we can upload our own to be printed.”

We’re so happy you loved your ribbons! We’re sorry you had trouble using the website. You can save and edit as many designs as you’d like before adding them to your cart. All of your previous orders' designs are saved there as well for easy reorder. We absolutely let you upload your own logo. If there are designs or logos you’d like to save to your account, we’d be happy to help you do that. Give us a call or chat in, anytime for help. “My mom, Ruth Bishop, received my order to ship to the VI. I had very good customer service and learned to edit my own design although I didn't catch in to that possibility at first. Had I known I would have had them on their way in just a few days. So many choices. This is for a fund raising effort for our local donkeys. I'd give y'all 5 stars except for no USPS option. Dana Bartlett”

“Delivery was right on schedule, just as promised. The ribbon did start fraying on the sides quicker than my others, but the adhesive seemed to hold up quite well, even with dozens of other ribbons relying on it to hold them all up.”

“The ribbons were completed and delivered quickly. They actually looked better than I expected. One caveat: I found the online order page confusing and difficult to use. It took much longer than it should have to place a fairly simple order. Even so, I would use this company again.”

“The ribbons were great. Some of the printing on the logo was not legible once the ribbons arrived as the printing was too small to see. This is a bit disappointing. Would have been nice to have this pointed out prior to print. Otherwise the product was very nicely laid out and quality of the ribbon was great and overall effect lovely. Colours were great!”
