“I'm pleased as I got a refund, however the company seem very unorganized as I had to give extra information to them several times as they didn't take all the information needed at once. They were also useless at making contact with me to get the missing information and it would be 3 weeks between my phone calls to them to find they couldn't proceed until they had the missing information they kept neesing.”

“Difficult to get in contact with agent. Often no reply to calls/emails for days. Agents also have requested the same information several times when it has already been submitted.”

Thanks for the feedback, we offer a great service, we work until 8.30pm and Saturdays Mornings to fit in with our clients and offer after care at no extra charge. We also have the RIFT Guarantee, so as long as you provide correct information to us and HMRC inquire into a claim, if it is our error, you do not have to repay a penny.

“Brilliant service, I knew what I was paying from day 1 and what was needed to achieve a successful claim. It took around 3 weeks for the paperwork to be sent to HMRC, I'm due to receive a substantial amount back in the coming weeks. It's free money at the end of the day so why wouldn't you?”

“Every time I called the staff were always happy to help and gave me the information I needed. If there wasn't anyone available to help your staff always got someone to call me with the relevant information I needed. Thanks for great help all round.”
