“Charges are far too much, nearly £500? Will not be using again as I have got the same service for less than £100. They got my claim wrong in the first instance, which delayed my claim. Not the best at all.”

Hi Peter, thank you for your review. I am sorry you are unhappy with the refund received. We can only claim what you are entitled to on the information you provide to us. Our standard fee is £245 + VAT or our fee for our Rift Rapid Refund service is £345 + VAT. Please call 01233 628648 if you wish to discuss this further.
