“I have used rift 3 years now there customers service is very good. I can't fault them at all. There staff is friendly and easy to work with. They are very quick to get my refunds back.. thanks for a great service”

“They are quick to take your case but their after sales team is slow to deal with problems. They also round their fees up which is wrong and unfair on the soldier's who they are representing. When I complained I received a £25 amazon voucher but how many others have been ripped off. I wouldn't recommend RIFT. BE AWARE!”

“You do not advertise that if you have spend more than 50% in one place even if it's over several years you cannot claim. Received £200 when should of been £1000's. Poor”

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the refund figure, there are so many rules we need to adhere to we cannot advertise them all. We only claim what you are entitled to and nothing more, sometimes that will result in a lower claim than the average, but we would not know this until we have all of the client docs and info to assess. Maybe in the future your situation might change.

“I had heard of RIFT and never got round to contacting them until a colleague told me how quick and easy it was. After initial contact it took 6 weeks to get £1,800. I was updated all along and will definitely be using them again.”
