“Oh by doing all of the ground work and ensuring that I receive the correct refund. Also the team was very easy to talk to and communicated at each stage so that you as the claimant feel at ease knowing that it is being handled.”

That's great to hear and I will let Katie know. We are submitting to HMRC today, so need to allow up to 4 weeks now for your refund, we will update you if any delays.
