“Through site I filled out forms for a rapid refund, took a while to hear from someone so in the end I called to find out what was happening. While on the phone lady apologized and asked for me to send in forms and documents again, even tho when on line I had them attached when requested on form, in the email I stated that if any problems or further information needed then to please contact me. Again some days past and eventually someone got back to me saying needed more information, which I then sent same day. Again time past and no contact so I called and find out person doing it is then away, I then said this was supposed to be a rapid refund and after seeing on system mistake they then past it on to someone, who then got it sorted but as past timeline was unable to get a rapid refund and have to wait.”

“Very professional service, persistent rather than pushy, and very helpful. It is quite expensive, on the basis that you can do this yourself, for free. However, if you have neither the time nor the inclination to do it yourself (as I didn't) then this is the service for you”
