“i received one of my tax refunds back i am still awaiting on the further refunds which has taken a lond while due to hmrc looking into my case further i do think the speed up of the posting process on both sides could be alot quicker”

Hi Jamie, I apologise for the long timescales, unfortunately as we're claiming back from HMRC it's their timescales we have to follow. I can see from your record that you have this refund now but if you need anything else, feel free to contact us.

“RIFT really are great. Had such a good customer service experience throughout the whole process. The only reason for not giving 5 starts, is The fact that they take quite a substantial cut from your claim. However, it is worth it as they make the process so simple and easy for you. I highly recommend RIFT.”
