“Slow and dont come across as proffesional, Its better and quicker to do a self assesment plus the refund will be in your account within 3 days, Rift says 4 to 5 weeks so I assume they hold it for interest, I feel Ive been ripped off by them and I will let all the guys I work with and on social media never use Rift”

“Used rifts tax return for the mod. Within 1-2 weeks I had my quote of £2300 and received my money within 5 weeks. The people on the phone are really quick and helpful. The only thing I would change is to just have straight bank transfer instead of a cheque. Definitely use them again”

“Excellent service, and very happy with the outcome, One point to raise, it did not affect the service but it would have been nice to deal with one maybe two people, as when I woulsend a reply email I recieved replies from a different person. Like I said this did not affect the service, but for comfort it would be more personal if it were just one to one But very thankful overall”
