“I have tried a few suppliers for Traeger pellets, but have stuck with Riverside since trying them once. The difference is clear and lies in client service: pellets are swiftly shipped (often next day delivery) and well packed. I never experienced a problem with delays or part of the delivery being lost.”

“Sales service not bad. There was no option to nominate a delivery day so I had to call them from Vietnam. They said they would hold off placing the order for a couple of days so it was then down for next day delivery. But they couldn't guarantee it for next day delivery. They seem to be relying on unreliable delivery companies. As it happened it wasn't delivered the next day, fortunately, there was someone home to accept it the following day.”

“Excellent service for the order, items dispatched and received quickly. Not Riverside's fault, but the quality of the Weber Smokey Joe Premium is very poor. It arrived with a chip in the enamel on the lid, it is missing a patch of enamel under the handle and has lost enamel on the base after using it 3 times.”

“I will never order anything from there again. I previously bought a BBQ from there and just got a lighter two weeks back. They have sold me an empty lighter and said I had to fill it with gas! It’s really shocking and if I wanted an empty lighter, I wouldn’t bother paying £14 for it. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all.”
