“We ordered some furniture however one of the items was damaged. Riverside contacted the supplier who ensured a member of their team replaced the damaged item in person. This involves travelling from Reading to Chesterfield. This was far greater then our expectations.”

“Cannot recommend the Riverside BBQ courses enough! This will be the 3rd visit to one of their sessions, as they are that good. A quite brilliant setup, amazing hosts and the joy of being fed food that good while sharpening the grill skills is just a win all day!!! Book a course!”

“Got my weber traveller bbq. pins missing for wheels. rang Riverside and emailed their support team. Still no call back no reply to email No pins will look elsewhere in future very poor customer support service”
