“Great product, but paid for next working day delivery between Christmas and new year and it turned up weeks later. Not worth paying the extra money to get it before a birthday when it wasn’t going to turn up!”

“I am a returning customer to Riverside and they continue to secure my loyalty for the broad range and quality of their products, prices and pro-active communication with me throughout. On this ocassion is was a very short notice requirement and the additional postage ensured that the item arrived in my hands less than 24 hours from the point of order. Equally commendable was that this was a very busy time in the week before Christmas. The recipient, our son, was delighted with the item as I was with the entire purchasing experience. Riverside is one of my default / go-to suppliers for quality clothing products as competitive prices.”
