“I placed an order on the last day to give me a pre-Christmas delivery but it was after the latest time. This was my fault as i did not read the details properly. As i needed the items before Christmas i went on to Riverside website and used the 'contact us' form to request a cancellation od the order as there was no other way to contact you. As the order was not showing as processed I was expecting a reply upon your return in January. All i got was a notification that the items had been sent with no mention of my cancellation request. What was the point of the form ?”

“Ordering was easy and straightforward. delivery was as promised and prompt, despite the Christmas holiday falling in the timeframe. The price was very competitive too. Only suggestion for improving the service is for Riverside to ensure that the outer casing (box!) is secure, as it arrived without the base being secured/taped and thus the contents easily accessible. This also led to some of the polystyrene packing being damaged which could have led to damage of delicate parts of the BBQ.”

“I ordered my barbecue on boxing day in the sale. It was clear on the website that nothing would happen until the 4th January. My order was dispatched on the 4th with an email to let me know my order was progressing. The pallet delivery company phoned me on the 5th offering me a delivery on the 6th or 7th. The delivery arrived after a courtesy call from the driver to let me know they were on the way. He ran the pallet straight into my garage on his pump truck. All this in the middle of omicron when other companies were failing everywhere. Goods in perfect condition”
