“I paid for next day delivery ie 25% of the price of the purchase. It didn’t arrive until 48 hours later. When I called I was told there was a cut off time of 3pm and my order was placed at 3.30. On Thursday. The parcel arrived Saturday morning. I was told during my conversation that I was lucky to receive then as the delivery company don’t work on Saturday, ! I accept that I didn’t appreciate a cut off time but why was my order and next day delivery accepted without referring back to me. I also received a message presumably from the delivery company on the Friday advising me the delivery had been cancelled. I email your company asking for an explanation on Friday, one was given but when I phoned your offices on Saturday they acknowledged they had received my email. Not very impressed, but purchase item was perfect as I had expected it to be. Only glad I didn’t order the bbq as well!,”

“After months of research both online and local stockists I finally ordered my Weber barbecue from Riverside. Unlike anywhere else I’d tried, they’d got it in stock, it was a far better price than anywhere else I’d found and they’d honour the Weber special promotion of the free rotisserie ( normally £200 extra)! Delivered for free it arrived 2 days later by the most competent delivery guy I’ve ever met. Will definitely use Riverside in future. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Table arrived very quickly and we’ll packaged. I’m elderly but a kind neighbour assembled it easily and quickly. It replaces a similar table that had developed rust, but matches my chairs beautifully. I’m delighted with my purchase.”
