“Overall pleased with my experience with Riverside - delivery was prompt and they even managed to squeeze in an earlier delivery at request which was great! As the showrooms were closed, I was only able to use their website and customer service line however any queries were quickly answered by their team. We'll definitely be back!”

“My experience so far has been poor I expect that Riverside is a good company trying to serve its customers well, but they are clearly clinging to an inaccurate picture as to what they have in stock and what they have dispatched. Ordered an Alexander Rose Bengal chair from Riverside. They seemed to be out of stock most other places, but the Riverside website said they were in stock - bit more than what I usually pay, but I was glad to find them. Riverside are a big Alexander Rose supplier and they have good reviews, so I trusted that the website was accurate. The next day I got an email from TNT saying it was being dispatched that day. Oh joy. Later the status changed to ‘being collected’. 2 contacts with customer service and I have been told it definitely is in stock, they wouldn’t have taken my money if it wasn’t in stock, it has definitely been dispatched to me, TNT are having problems. I spoke to TNT a week later (over 2 weeks after my order) and they confirmed that they have not collected the chair for delivery and the problem is at riversides end. I want to buy another 2 chairs but am waiting for them to come into stock elsewhere. As a general point - why do companies ask for reviews when they have still to provide the goods?”

“This was my first time using Riverside, they came up as the best priced for the Barbecue that I wanted. The website was easy to order from and the delivery was very quick and convenient. As for the Barbeque, its fantastic. It is well worth spending extra for a Weber as the quality of the item and the efficiency when cooking is far superior to any other barbecue I have used.”

“The Weber bbq tower is the best thing I have bought in a while as we were so used to leaving the lighting of our bbq charcoal to chance and often not being happy with the result even after an hour burning. I have only used the tower once but the results were great - by causing a powerful concentrated burn everything was ready in 20 minutes and the whole family said the food looked and tasted a lot better, which I believe was due the illumination of flame flare-ups. Just wish I had bought one earlier!”

“I had ordered a similar item from another company and was waiting more than 6months for goods they cancelled my order and I reordered from Riverside I received a call the next day checking about delivery and item was dispatched and with me within 3 days of order So easy and a most enjoyable online shopping experience Would recommend this company with no hesitation at all”

“Brilliant! The new BBQ is fantastic and was delivered, as arranged, fully assembled and ready to go The gorgeous weather has helped, but the Webber has been used many times already. I have also used the Rotisserie which was easy and cooks a delicious chicken!!”

“2 stars although I know they are only agents for Weber, spent a lot of money on the product but when it arrived and was unpacked the amount of damage and missing items was unreal, obviously a return from customer, Riverside did act quickly and arranged for new parts to arrive (not here yet) But I would of expected Weber to have a QC before re despatching. I would only give Weber 1 star due to the poor condition received this.”
