“From placed an order to good delivery the whole process is clear and updated timely. Good delivered in good order. Customer service attentive and helpful. However if possible Not to use so many papers box for non-breakable or liquid form products, we have responsibility to save our Mother Earth. Stay safe everyone. Well done Robinson.”

“Order is simple & fuss free. Except delivery person will only drop it at door step even though we will pay him extra to carry it to our bedroom. Customer experience on this aspect still falls short.”

“The delivery was quick and within the promised time frame. What really impressed me was that an item was incorrectly packed, and after using the online chat, Robinsons arranged for an exchange within the same day. Whoever packed the items also took the initiative to put in samples for me to try, an effective marketing strategy.”

“Customer service was excellent - friendly, responsive and helpful. Had an issue getting the promo code after signing up for the newsletter but the CS specialist, Mikael, was great with assisting. Delivery was extremely fast as well. My purchase was delivered in just a few days. I loved my purchase as well and it came in great condition! Very happy overall with my experience purchasing at Robinsons. Will be sure to shop the online store in future!”
