Very very very very…. Bad. No star at all. No stock is a very bad excuse. My order was canceled After 17 days.

The night cream has an old musty smell, so does the day cream. Have they reached expiry date. Btw the prints on the masque tube is misaligned. May I get a refund

I have to follow to get my product. There were no updates from Robinson about when the product is going to be delivered. But customer service was good and helped to resolve the issue.

Hi.. please get in touch with me. After I received the bedsheet set, I didn’t open. And just only took out for washing/use and discovered broken/ torn treads on the quilt cover. That’s quite disappointing.

The system respond very slow and poor. The item description are very poor not able to understand what is include or not. I want to buy bed sheet instead land up with the blanket. Poor filter as well

The tree didn't look like the picture - poor quality and very "platsicky". I immediately asked for return & refund, which I had to chase several times as the website link Robinsons gave "isn't supported any more"... I called them and arranged for them to pick up - which never happened so I had to chase again.

You are not able to cater to customer expectations of receiving the product the follow day when it’s for emergency usage. Not flexible and dynamic I left for my family trip without the products

1. Hydraulics does not work, it only kicks in when you manage to push the bed up all the way up and when you close it, it just drops down violently. There is even a notice to tell you to keep you fingers away! If you have a king bed, it means you are the carrying bf the bed up straight before the bed will hold! I bought the hydraulics storage bed for elderly parent, how are they to use this faulty product? Robinsons found all excuses not to accept that bed is defective. 2. Bed was delivered with blackish stains and broken covering. Robinsons did not allow return instead offered $20 refund for the stains/breakage. 3. Read fine print carefully. Robinsons promise/selling point is “30 days return”, it is marketed twice very clearly in the description of the product. However, when asked to execute this clause, Robinsons said there is fine print to exclude this product from “30 days return” and it was my error for not reading carefully. I question - is this false advertising? I will not shop with Robinsons again. Used to shop at Robinsons when they had physical stores. The online version clearly delivers no customer service and falsely advertises promises and products with unclear wordings. I wonder how many customers have fallen into this trap?

Hi there. I am actually quite disappointed. Before my order was to come, I checked and was told the order will be delivered with 5 business days. It never showed up. I checked the tracking site sent to me and I knew something is a miss and thats why I contacted Mikael at customer service, who said it will be delivered in 5 business days. Well, I had to go and buy an alternative to tide us through. Finally the delivery came on Wed 13th Dec VS Fri 8th Dec. I gave instructions to refund my card as some point in time, but the item then just showed up. I now have 4 umbrella stands. 2 from Robinsons and 2 more that we had to buy cause of the delays. Sorry, this is bad and it was not even communicated properly to me. I have asked multiple times that a manager call me - but to no avail.

Wrong item was delivered. When asked for an exchange, was told that my item was out of stock and they were unsure when it would be restocked. So I had no choice but to accept a return and refund. It has been so challenging to arrange for a date for the collection of the item. Very disappointed with Robinsons’ service.

the robinsons hotel collection bamboo quilt was terrible quality. wasn't at all soft like what bamboo material shd feel not light. felt like plastic. have to go buy another brand again and waste some dollars

I bought my items on 11.11. After a week, I was told that 3 of my items are currently not available. The remaining items came after another week... service is slow and its a disappointment the ads continue to run despite products not being available.
