Couldn't complete my order because what I clicked wasn't the same as appeared on the order. Sent a few texts to Like Support, but no response so far!

I have contacted customer service via email 2 times on 2 and 9 Mar about problem with my order, and i have received 0 feedback until now, this is the worst online shopping experience for me. I will not and I have warned all my family and friends to not shop at Robinsons due to the poor after sale service. I will give 0 out of 5 if I can.

A recent message from Robinsons Singapore, COO Tom's message, about a non-refundable product I recently bought is incredibly misleading. His statement of "a 30-day return* on ALL our products" sets a false expectation of easy returns and discourages careful reading of product details. Frankly, this experience, especially the non-refundable nature of the item, makes his talk of the "finest shopping experience" ring hollow. It feels like key information was deliberately hidden to push the sale. To make things worst, I discovered the same product, from the same Hong Kong distributor, being sold for much less. This raises serious questions about Robinsons' markups. My message here is I felt for this kind of marketing scheme, and hope we all be careful in comparing prices and sources before buying! I certainly don't agree with the COO’s "finest shopping experience" claim; I feel I was tricked into this purchase.

Payment was fast but silence after that. I ordered because I wanted to get it w/in 5 working days as stated but delivery only came on the 6th day and was rescheduled to the 9th day cause I wanted it by 3pm at my address but they can’t do it then I proposed another address and the still can’t do it.

First of all I haven’t received the item yet. I totally regret that I ordered it from you. Even it was just before CNY, taking more than 2weeks is the way too much.

Ordered a mattress protector online . Wrong size so we couldn't use it but they refused to grant a refund or exchange even though it was within the allowed period.

I placed an order on 17 Dec and was assured that the delivery will be made with 3 - 5 working days. However to date I have not received my goods!! I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and was informed that they will keep me updated. I didn’t receive any updates after a few days and so sent another email to the customer service. The same person replied to say that they are still checking. Subsequently I was informed on Monday that the goods will be delivered in the next 1-2 days. And I am still waiting…Really disappointed with the service provided!!! There was no communications to me on the delay in delivery and I had to keep chasing for updates! If I still didn’t receive my goods by tomorrow, I want to cancel my order and please refund me for the payment made.

This is probably the last time I will buy something from Robinson online. I ordered 6 bottles of Green Magma tablets - in the old days, Robinson online will highlight if the goods have short expiry dates. But this time, no. All 6 bottles have the same expiring of less than 5 months - April 2025. A short check on identical product in SHOPEE shows expiry date (ie July 2025, jan 2027) - they can clearly shown this -why cant you? How do you expect your customer to finish all within 4 months? After dealing with the twice delayed delivery, it is really another bad experience having to deal with this expiry date issue. The Robinson online support, after my reminder, claimed that the warehouse says there is no later expiry dates and therefore cannot exchange - can only refund. I honestly have no confidence of how long they will take to refund my money or I will have to keep chasing, just like chasing for delivery, chasing for updates of their promise of exchange etc. I used to like Robinsons a lot and have tried to support the brand in their new life as an online store. But I am giving up. Don't think I will buy from them again - when they do not indicate short expiry dates and cannot confirm dates or block of time slots for delivery. I will buy from elsewhere with less stress and less follow-up and reminders needed from me.

Bought bedsheets. Website said choice of colors..I selected 'silver'. When they arrived, sheets were white. Pointed this out to staff on WhatsApp. They said embroidered line on pillowcase is silver. Sheets are white. Misleading advertisement to begin with. Very dissatisfied

Worse customer service, didn’t send out item for 2 weeks until I reminded them. Then took another 1 week to send it out . CS gave false promises to customer and then just went missing when timeline is due. Happened not once, but twice and the CS Manager Rowena was informed but she didn’t think there’s a problem at all. Just brush off as delay in delivery. Demand an explanation from CS Manager but more than 3 days already she still didn’t reply. Also went missing like the previous 2 incidents. Extremely ridiculous customer service standard from a reputable company like Robinson.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two children pillows only one received. I was never contacted to say the second item was no longer in stock. I had the second child in tears that their pillow had not arrived but their sibling had a new pillow. When I contacted Robinsons all I received was a refund for the item that was not received. This means that I had one pillow and not two. My children like to have matching so now I am left with having to purchase two new pillows somewhere else. I could have been informed prior to the pillow that was received that the second pillow was out of stock and I would not be receiving it. I would have cancelled my full order as I knew it was going to be an inconvenience. Now I am left out of pocket and no apology or response from Robinsons for not putting their customer first. Will never use Robinsons again.

My 2nd purchase from Robinsons online. First purchase took less than 1 week to arrive. The 2nd purchase took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Customer service via WhatsApp was extremely unprofessional and incompetent.

Quality of the cereal containers is poor. The cap is not even tightly sealed and well made/well thought out. It was quite disappointing and I wouldn't trust the quality of products from robinsons again. I am now concerned abut my upcoming delivery for the toy shelves.

First time order a chopping board, product only bubble wrapped in plastic , no box . Chopping board has a dent in it . Email them but until now problem has not been resolved yet . Very disappointed, definitely the first & last time for me .

The Jo Malone diffuser that I purchased did not come with the original Jo malone box. It was delivered loose with only bubble wrapped covering the item. This was not mentioned explicitly in your website This item is meant for a gift for a good friend. How can I present such a premium product with such condition? It will be seen as a used or even perceived as not-authentic product that the receiver think that I may have purchased from non-reliable online stores. To be honest most of us buy Jo Malone because of its presentable box and packaging When I asked for return, the officer asked me to bear the shipping cost which cost me about $80 😱 And now I am stucked with the item that I cant even bring myself to give out to my good friend with such lousy packaging Not a pleasant experience. In fact it is a very bad experience from a reputable store like you

Buying from Robinson is a disappointing affair. Made purchase twice, first time delivery not received and sent back to seller. And the discounts and rewards when used, keep prompting for selected items and cannot be used. So what's the point of giving discounts and rewards when cannot be used or most of Robinson items are not applicable. Delivery inwould say the third party company that are being used are not competent. Even after I personally called and give clear instructions, still delivery attempts failed a couple of times. Robinson has to really look into this customer experiences
