I haven’t even received my order up till now. It’s been more than 10 days. I placed my order on Feb 23rd, and it’s March 6 now, still haven’t received.

Contacted Robinsons customer support and they said the mattress is in stock and will deliver within 3 to 5 days. After purchasing, was informed by their supplier that it was 6 to 8 weeks. Bad customer experience! Also very peculiar was why Robinsons did not contact me on the delay but it was their supplier (Mega Furniture) that contacted me on the mattress.

Robinson online don’t even deserved 1 star, your online platform is suck and the customer services specialist (Rowena) don't even reply me after I express my disappointment! I made my first order (#0158042) with Robinson, that my worst and nightmare for my online shopping experience! Bought two long sleeves shirt, sent one long shirt only for me and unsealed parcel, look very cheapskate and ugly! Upon I checked, was told the other one out of stock but not updated in system or told by supplier/warehouse! What a best services or reply, what my time to check and find out my missing item! Robinson used to be very good and reputation brand name, but nowadays I don’t think you are still there at this level! If you don’t improve such a lousy services and online platform or your supplier chain, good luck for Robinson future! I’m definitely not shop with Robinson online anymore!

I bought two supposedly Hillcrest cotton bedsheets which turned out to be microfibre. I wrote in on same day last week but nobody got back to me . Ref: 58919-1. Description online said the bedsheets r made from cotton but it turns out to be made of microfibre

i've order 2 weeks ago and I haven't received any confirmation of my purchase and when is going to be delivered. It was a gift and was not delivered yet.

Item shown on website is not the item delivered. Despite mistake made, item is still displayed on website. Customer service officer persists on emailing despite request to return call to expedite processing

Despite requesting delivery to call and ensure delivery is done to me in person because the last purchase from Robinson was left outside my house next to road side, the delivery service did not. When I eventually receive the "goods delivered" message, I called, and could not find the item left outside, and marked then "lost item" in the delivery report. Noone contacted me to enquire the situation. The item is ~ S$30, so I am not going to spend my time for the problem caused by unprofessional delivery service that Robinson has engaged - but I will NEVER place my order from Robinson again. Even low-cost delivery - FoodPanda, Deliveroo, NTUC, Oddle, Amazon etc called to ensure clients are informed and receive items. Completely irresponsible personnel impacting trust in purchase.

I wanted to return the item as it does not fit my balcony railing. Information on the website on how to return the item was not useful. Finally, I figured out that I need to log a case using the online form, however, till now, I’ve not heard from anyone. This is totally not what I have expected of robinsons.

Have not receive my order after 7 business days although the order confirmation says 3-5 business days. I also did not hear from Robinsons regarding delayed delivery. I have written in to enquire and am still waiting for their reply. Disappointing.

Bad packaging of the last item received which is the leggings. There is no outer packaging besides the plastic covering the leggings.

Part of My order on 23 Dec still has not arrive today. More than 5 business days. Robinson customer service (by mail chat) said they check on 30 Dec, but still no reply. Very disappointed.

4 bedsheets ordered and only 1 shipped. No update on out of stock status til enquiry from customer. Gonna be the 1st and last time ordering from Robinsons Online.

Bad service. I wrote in on 18 Dec on the missing item in the order and sent in an image of the order received from Robinsons. I have requested for a return and refund as only a partial order was fulfilled if they are unable to send me the missing item. I have yet to hear from Robinsons except they will feedback to the vendor (23 Dec). I replied to their email and informed that my case was closed.

I ordered my husband a Christmas present that was marked delivered but never arrived. I brought it to the customer service attention and each time someone said they would get back to me, they haven’t. Am I, as the customer expected to be the one chasing Robinsons for answer when they are the ones that have not provided the product/service they have promised to when I made the purchase? Chasing them to rectify this situation has made the whole experience very unpleasant and frustrating. Will most definitely NOT be purchasing anything from them again. It’s been 5 days since the failed delivery… let’s see how it’ll take for this situation to be rectified.

My event is last weekend and I am still waiting for the delivery I tried to reach out to your customer service who cannot help and asked me to contact Qexpress. So no choice, I tried to Qexpress but no one picked up the call after waiting for 20-30mins. So overall, much as I still wish to believe in the Robinson brand and service, I have not seen anything satisfactory. Can you refund me? You have done nothing but wasted my time.
