I’ve just called the customer service since my order (made last May 11) has yet to arrived. I just happened to know that the reason of the delay is because there is no stock of the items and my order will be cancelled because there is no definite time on when the items will be restocked. It is a very sad experience for me since I did informed my brothers that I will have give them the gaming mouse as presents. How unfortunate.

I ordered 2 items but both were cancelled as they were out of stock . It was a waste of time to go through the things and soend time on ordering. I will never order again

I ordered a decanter set on 22nd April and I received an email on 4th May to say that my order has been cancelled because you ran out of stock. Why did you take so long to inform me when the order was meant as a wedding gift? The wedding was held on 30th April. On 2nd May I wrote an email to check on my order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, but there’s nothing I can do but to receive the worse ever service from online purchase. It has caused much embarrassment.

Goods sent from different warehouses,that lead to different delivery pace (items not completely received yet btw). Notably, i've ordered peppermint essential oils, but were sent Lavender & Bergamot instead...

Very bad experience. Ordered an xnihilo bag which was shipped from AU. No delivery after almost 1 week and when checked with CS officer, there’s a disconnection and kept telling me that it’s “on its way” and this update was under AU post. In actual fact, the parcel was already passed to local carrier speedpost and there was a problem with my delivery. They had no idea that it was passed to the local carrier when it has stated clearly under the status of AU post. I had to call up speedpost personally to arrange for a redelivery else, the parcel will be returned to AU. Be very careful with their overseas order.

I ordered 5 boxes of hair masks. Only 2 arrived. No hotline to call, live chat does NOT work, only virtual assistance with limited response. Finally found an email to write to, and they replied that my remaining 3 boxes will be sent to me by a certain date. That date has passed 4 days ago and still nothing!!!!

3 weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for LA Gourmet's 34 com wok and 24cm pan. Last week, Mikael of Customer Service, said on Monday they would be delivered by the supplier by Wedenesday or Thursday. Will not buy online from Robinsons ever again. Takes too long for delivery.

Insane delivery with multiple screw-ups from same supplier (Sukin). 1) 1st delivery came with (a) missing bags and (b) incorrect quantity. (2) 2nd delivery for missing items came with yet another incorrect quantity. (3) 3rd delivery finally arrived with the outstanding items all accounted for. Despite all the above frustration, what’s more disastrous was there was NO formal apology/compensation from Robinsons Management-in-charge for such a horrendous shopping experience, despite your CS staff (Mikael) had informed that she would raise the matter up to the mgmt team and followed the SOP to apologise & rectify. It clearly showed the lack of commitment from Robinsons Management for the lacklustre attitude for its customers’ undesirable shopping experience. Neither was there any effort or attempt to reach out to the customer to salvage the damaged reputation and trust for the disappointment and frustration with your online shopping platform. Never once had I encountered such terrible and outrageous experience with Robinsons when it was still alive. Indeed, the reputation, brand and faith in Robinsons are dead.

The bedsheet set delivered was of a wrong colour. Robinsons agreed to exchange for the correct one. However, after waiting a number of days, supplier told Robinsons there is no stock. I asked for a return and refund. The supplier sent someone to collect on Tuesday and told me they would acknowledge that they have received the item. To-date I have not heard from them. I really hope the refund will be done promptly. I am very disappointed.

I have been shopping at Robinsons for two decades now and have never been disappointed until recently. I had recently bought a number of items online including hand towels but to my dismay, the hand towels after washing in my washing machine, there were lots of small material fibres (dropped from the hand towels) all over the rest of the clothes being washed together. I provided feedback through the online Live Chat and she (the agent) said she will get back to me but they never did. I even sent a few photo as proof of how much fibres dropped and were all over the place. Firstly, first time I had encountered such poor quality product from Robinsons and secondly, the after sales service is simply horrendous! They just ignored the whole issue. Till today, I still kept those towels untouched and unused as I'm worried that more fibres will drop.

The cutting board that was delivered looked like old stock... This is the first time I'm ordering from Robinsons and I will not order again as I am not sure of the quality of your items.

Poor customer service. My original order was $717.09, after $10 CNY discount for purchase over $100. Robinsons made errors and is unable to fulfill all my orders. So after delays and repeated follow ups, some of my orders were cancelled by Robinsons and refunds were made. Out of the original $10 discount, Robinsons have deducted a total of $3.89. $338.18 of my initial order was fulfilled. This value far surpasses the full $100 threshold to qualify for the full $10 discount. But I ended up with only $6.11 discount, instead of $10. Essentially, I have been short-changed from this whole experience, through no fault of my own. Then my complaint above was ignored.

I m very disappointed. Ordered a robot vaccuum cleaner on 31st Jan. 1st and 2nd public holidays. So it was ok. I called the customer service on 4th Feb, they said delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days and my order will arrive on the 9th or 10th Feb, only to receive an email on the 7th Feb saying that the item is not in stock anymore and my order has been cancelled.
