I ordered two items. The egg cooker is the only one linked to this review: surprise, surprise, the other items is not linked in the review invitation I received via email. The other item in the delivery, a very expensive pressure cooker/air fryer combo (KITH 17-IN-1 MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRESSURE COOKER & AIR FRYER), was not delivered on time because the courier lied and said delivery hadn't been possible (it was being delivered to the school where I work, and was most definitely open and accessible for deliveries at the time the courier said otherwise). In any case, the item was returned to Robinsons, was then resent, and today I tried the item for the first time. It malfunctioned and began emmitting smoke. I had to put it in the rubbish because it was also impossible to open to even try to remove the food inside. I am in Singapore and it is too much of a bother to try to haggle for a refund or return (especially since the cooker was malfunctioning, smoking, and contained food it was impossible to remove because it wouldn't open). Service/delivery was terrible and expensive item malfunctioned the first time I used it.

This product is not user friendly... 4 person, including someone that specialise in audio system have a hard time trying to get this to work but it still failed..

Regret buying this bath towels! I bought 8 bath towels & 4 hand towels for my family. It has so much lint! I've washed 3 times with heavy duty full cycle function 4 bath towels & it still has lint that gets into our eyes. I want to return the remaining 4 bath towels & 2 hand towel but I can't find a simple return option in your website. I do appreciate a reply on my review

Do not buy from Robinsons, item purchased was over priced . The brand’s official website was selling at a much cheaper price . This will be my last time buying anything from Robinson . Customer service attitude is arrogant and derisive.

Please double check source and quality of products listed. I found out too late, the mark-up margins was extremely high in comparison to original shop site and other marketplace sites.

The chair that I ordered had a tear on the leather. Robinsons is taking very long to respond to replace the chair.

A terrible experience. Buyer beware. High chair had faux rattan (plastic), yet the price of each chair wasn't cheap. The specs that showed the height of the seat from the floor was wrong and as such, I purchased them, thinking that they were suitable, only to find out upon delivery that they weren't. One of the chairs also had a glaring nick on the chair back. Upon returning to the website, the chairs were not longer available, so I suspect that those could ne previously rejected goods. But this was only the beginning of the 'nightmare'. It took more than 2 weeks of back and forth with the after-sales, generally slow to respond, and their coordination and communication with the delivery personnel was nothing short of poor. Part of the delay due to their claim that the chairs were not re-wrapped in plastic in a satisfactory cmanner, despite knowing that the customer had to unwrap to check the condition and did not have the special materials and tools to wrap it back in its original condition. It was a painstaking process to get $300++ refunded for 2 chairs. Not buying from Robinson's online again. The physical stores had seen better days!

The night cream has an old musty smell, so does the day cream. Have they reached expiry date. Btw the prints on the masque tube is misaligned. May I get a refund

I have to follow to get my product. There were no updates from Robinson about when the product is going to be delivered. But customer service was good and helped to resolve the issue.

Hi.. please get in touch with me. After I received the bedsheet set, I didn’t open. And just only took out for washing/use and discovered broken/ torn treads on the quilt cover. That’s quite disappointing.

The system respond very slow and poor. The item description are very poor not able to understand what is include or not. I want to buy bed sheet instead land up with the blanket. Poor filter as well

The tree didn't look like the picture - poor quality and very "platsicky". I immediately asked for return & refund, which I had to chase several times as the website link Robinsons gave "isn't supported any more"... I called them and arranged for them to pick up - which never happened so I had to chase again.

You are not able to cater to customer expectations of receiving the product the follow day when it’s for emergency usage. Not flexible and dynamic I left for my family trip without the products
