“Robinsons online has a wide variety of bedding and I especially love their Hallmark collection series. The promotion is good. However, I couldn't use the Geneco promo code even though it said it was for all merchandise. And the website was quite hard to use. Not user friendly as U have to wait for a long time for the page to load or refresh. Delivery was extremely fast - within 2 days.”

“The mugs were cute with the zodiac animals .. gave as gifts during a get together during the CNY period and the guests loved it. Only thing, couldn't get the ones with tiger as it was sold out.”

“Ordered multiple products and they were delivered in batches. Was informed almost 1 week later an item was out of stock and had to be refunded. Still good value overall but be prepared to wait for orders.”

“The choice of items is good and it is easy to buy. I can't say that the recent refund is smooth as it is more tedious than the last refund. The correspondence took a while, even though I was prepared to forgo the monetary refund. Eventually your company accepted the items and hopefully I will see the sum credited soon.”
