“Product quality good, delivery prompt, but capturing of customer details leaves much to be desired. I have registered my account on 6/5/23 after making a purchase. I gave my details, including date of birth 26 May. On 30/5/23 I made another purchase. Up till now my account shows I haven't made any order and there was no birthday surprise and your system says looking forward to my birthday (next year)?”

“I ordered 10 Charles Millen dessert spoons to match the 10 dessert forks I had bought earlier. I only realised that the spoons were of a different design after I had washed and used them. Now I have to buy another 10 spoons. I just hope this time it's the right ones.”
