“Client Services were very helpful. Delivery time was expected. The only issue was the colors which didn't quite match the theme of my room decor. Your illustration showed orange and green (no pink), but what I received was more pink and green (with a little orange)”

“Provided some discounts from buying directly from the brand itself. However the deliver communication is not clear as item not delivered was marked as fufilled when the brand delivery team didn't contact me. Only after speaking to the Robinson hotline, then the brand's delivery team called. Should be more prompt with the estimated time.”

“It is rather weird that the order was listed as "Fulfilled" when the items had not been delivered. When I checked with customer service, I was told fulfilled does not mean it has been delivered, but that the order was received and in the process of being delivered. Might be clearer to say "In progress" so customers know that the orders are being processed and delivery is forthcoming.”

“I was a member of Robinsons. Thus, seeing it online again made me happy. The usual brands I go for are there. The recent sale was good, but that is if I know and search for the particular brand I wanted. If I had not, I would have missed the sales. Thank you for being around. Please get back to your old customers who had been supporting "The Sale Worth Waiting for". Give them more discount. Would love to see the brand grow again!”

“Like to buy from a trusted merchant like Robinson. However, feel rather sad that those early bird purchases always paid a high price even with the discount... This gave me the feeling that I shall wait till the last few days of Christmas then buy at a very low discounted rate. The website is too risky when you use mobile phone to buy as there are many auto-prompt and no confirmation and you will be treated as you are re-purchasing your last purchase (as not even need to click any payment and it automatically went into purchased and paid. For some heavy items, will be good to indicate the weight for purchase consideration. My recent buy of the frying pan is too heavy to carry with one hand.....”
