The toner spilled from the bottle and the box was damp with 3/4 of toner left in the bottle.

The blue color bed set purchased was not as imagined from the pictures. Cannot take a liking to the blue tone but was informed return impossible as the plastic cover was opened. Only a pillow case was quickly viewed. The entire item was unused & unwashed, as it is when delivered

The Robinsons premium bolster is too soft and is overrated. It shouldn’t be bent when delivered, now there’s a permanent bent in the middle. Very disappointed!!

Ack. Ordered a Clarins makeup item and the box was mouldy. An online sale can't be a way to clear out things you wouldn't put on the shelf. :p

No advance call on arrangement for delivery. Sudden call at noon on 13 June when on one at home and asked for someone to rx chair on the spot. Arrived unannounced on 17 June. Luckily someone was at home. Quite disappointed with the chair. Looks subquality, with marks, cuts, "depresions" on surface of rattan. Originally intended to buy more after the first order but change my mind.

The linen smell horrible and smell lingers for a few days. Not sure whether it's supposed to smell that bad.

This time I gave 2 stars because the box for 1 out of 4 boxes of the health supplement purchased was not in good form, ie, the 4 sides are slightly crushed. Fortunately the blister pack within are intact. But for medicinal/supplement products, I'll expect good condition of the packing boxes.

Hotel collection bedsheet set had a bad and stale smell. Had to wash a few times. Bath and hand towels had a lot of fibre coming out when in use. Above bedsheet set and towel reviews all pertaining to most recent purchase.

Hi Jessica! When towels are new, they may have excess fibres from the factory that causes lint to appear when you wash or use them. I have included below some techniques to fix this, simply 1. Shake your towels out vigorously to remove any loose lint. 2. If you have a dryer, ensure the lint trap is completely clean. Once this is done, pop in the towels and set a cycle on the lowest heat setting. If you don’t have a dryer, go straight to step 4. (High settings can set the towel coating in place when what we want is to dissolve it.) 3. Remove your towels from the dryer and reshake them. 4. Pop the towels in the washer, alone, with either ½ a cup of bicarb soda or vinegar, along with the recommended amount of detergent. Put the wash cycle on hot. (The bicarb soda or vinegar paired with the hot water will break down the excess lint.) 5. Remove the towels from the washer and reshake them. 6. Dry your towels on a high heat setting in the dryer (removing any lint in the lint trap first) or dry them naturally in the sun. 7. You will have fluffy towels sans lint!

Took too long to deliver my product. Customer agent is not helpful at all despite my repeated reaching out. I received no update on my product delivery. Will seek other online platform for my future purchases.

Very disappointed with the pillow. Although it was marketed as ‘Robinsons Luxury Pillow Hotel Collection‘ it was far from the description as it is too soft.

I’m disappointed with the towels that I bought. The quality is not good and the towels are very thin. I spent more than $100. I would’ve got these cheaper from Shoppe. I thought I could trust the quality of material sold at Robinson’s

Robinsons did not delivery one of the products I ordered during their recent sales promotion. When I wrote to them, they reverted that the item was no longer available. Although they refunded me the amount, I could not get the item for the same promotion price. Is this how Robinsons managed their sales - overselling and then did not deliver the item, and refund clients?
