slow delivery that took more than a week even though confirmation email stated 3-5 days, low quality items, broke within days.

Apologies for the delay in delivery. This is definitely not Robinsons standard. We'll be checking in with our delivery team to prevent this from happing again.

Took too long to deliver my product. Customer agent is not helpful at all despite my repeated reaching out. I received no update on my product delivery. Will seek other online platform for my future purchases.

Very disappointed with the pillow. Although it was marketed as ‘Robinsons Luxury Pillow Hotel Collection‘ it was far from the description as it is too soft.

I’m disappointed with the towels that I bought. The quality is not good and the towels are very thin. I spent more than $100. I would’ve got these cheaper from Shoppe. I thought I could trust the quality of material sold at Robinson’s

Robinsons did not delivery one of the products I ordered during their recent sales promotion. When I wrote to them, they reverted that the item was no longer available. Although they refunded me the amount, I could not get the item for the same promotion price. Is this how Robinsons managed their sales - overselling and then did not deliver the item, and refund clients?

I bought a Severin AT 2589 Automatic Bread Toaster online but waited more than a week for delivery. When I didn't get any notification after 4 business days, I had to call the helpline to get things moving. At least the staff on the helpline was really helpful and made sure delivery was arranged the very next day. If I had not made the call, it was pretty clear that the item would have been delivered much later if ever. Not a good experience but I appreciate the help rendered by the staff whom I called.

Both sides of the mattress spring are very soft and slip down when sitting or sleeping on it. How can it be retified for us? It's give us pain on the back too.

I ordered 67cm =26inch luggage on line but found out when I took out to use on 30th March that it was a 24Inch luggage. That too because I was trying to put a luggage protector which I bought for 26in luggage. Buthe good thing is the feedback department was quite prompt to response.

Hi KT! Carlton luggage measurements generally include the wheels and top handle, which would comprise about 2" of the total height of the luggage. Checking your order details, you received the correct size. On the other hand, our customer service team would be happy to assist in facilitating an exchange to a larger size.

Quality of product is poor with strong weird smell. Product is not well designed as the main function is not fulfilled. Return is not straightforward and uncertain as the product needs to be sent back to warehouse for checking before refund can be made.
