Took a long time to delivery. To make the matter waste, the purchases are left at the door without alerting us about the delivery.

I bought a Severin AT 2589 Automatic Bread Toaster online but waited more than a week for delivery. When I didn't get any notification after 4 business days, I had to call the helpline to get things moving. At least the staff on the helpline was really helpful and made sure delivery was arranged the very next day. If I had not made the call, it was pretty clear that the item would have been delivered much later if ever. Not a good experience but I appreciate the help rendered by the staff whom I called.

Order was cancelled because supplier did not have the stock and was not able to deliver anytime soon. Huge disappointment

Both sides of the mattress spring are very soft and slip down when sitting or sleeping on it. How can it be retified for us? It's give us pain on the back too.

I ordered 67cm =26inch luggage on line but found out when I took out to use on 30th March that it was a 24Inch luggage. That too because I was trying to put a luggage protector which I bought for 26in luggage. Buthe good thing is the feedback department was quite prompt to response.

Hi KT! Carlton luggage measurements generally include the wheels and top handle, which would comprise about 2" of the total height of the luggage. Checking your order details, you received the correct size. On the other hand, our customer service team would be happy to assist in facilitating an exchange to a larger size.

Quality of product is poor with strong weird smell. Product is not well designed as the main function is not fulfilled. Return is not straightforward and uncertain as the product needs to be sent back to warehouse for checking before refund can be made.

Disappointed with the most recent purchase. I ordered four towels, although I had the impression that it was one for one. So should be eight pieces. But I received only two. The merchant had sent me two more subsequently but still …

Product that came did not match the description - indicated that it would come with fairylights but it did not. This was an error in the description as the product description was subsequently changed to exclude the fairylights. Replacement fairylights were sent, but these lights were from the other christmas tree designs and did not match the design we purchased at all. A much better solution should have been offered from the start rather than simply sending anything available to meet the requirement, which reflects the lack of pride in the product and product design.

Not satisfied. I made a purchase on Robinson’s website on 9-Dec as it was stated “Fast Shipping”. After the purchase, I thought my order will be delivered within 3-5 days. Instead I was informed I will receive a call on 12-Dec (next business day, weekends and public holidays excluded) to schedule delivery. However on 12-Dec no one called. In the afternoon, I took the initiative to make the call myself. I was assured by Robinson’s that my order will be delivered on 14-Dec, and Robinson’s vendor also gave me the same assurance on delivery. However, on 14-Dec, the day that my order is supposed to be delivered, I received a call from vendor at 12pm, saying there was a miscommunication between Robinson’s and vendor on my order and they cannot deliver on that day. Instead I had to compromise and my order was delivered on 15-Dec, which disrupted my plans for that day, in addition to the day before. So this delivery disrupted my plans for 2 days! A delivery schedule was committed to a customer but not delivered on that commitment. Instead the excuse given was “miscommunication”. Very disappointed.

Order #0151444, First of all, I ordered 3 items and only received 2 and you are quick to ask for review before you check if the order had been completed. There should be some quality control on ensuring items are delivered completely and that will give a lot of confidence to buyer. We do not want to waste time to contact you to look for the missing item that defeated the purpose of buying online.

Poor management of delivery and shipments that are late. The website provide false feedback on fulfillment status as fulfilled. One experience is not enough to determine if I will recommend to someone else but I am sure Robinsons have potential to manage much better.

I ordered 5 items and 3 items were out of stocks. Why are the items still available when there’s no more stocks? The online store has no system of tracking how much existing stocks are available. I was also told that bedsheets cannot be returned if opened. I order a 2 sets of similar bedsheets and only one arrived while the other one is out of stock. Luckily I didn’t open the packaging, else I wouldn’t be able to return the item. The overall online shopping experience is really underwhelming.
