The waiting time is way too longggggg! Order my bin on 12/10/21. Until today 20/10/21 still hvnt received yet.

Why would you need a different page for the same product and brand but of different sizes?? It's confusing and a waste of a lot time just to order 1 item. I've to click one by one just to search for the size I wanted and yet have to counter check (again) if it's the item wanted. Worst online shopping system. It's the same bad experience I had for other products like the golden hotpot and spoon. It should be you click on 1 item, there is the option of sizes or colour choices directly. So far I had 2 frustrating Robinson online shopping experiences honestly!

Hi I would like to return the 3 items delivered and get a full refund back. The reason being that I had just checked the prices of the items at SKULLCANDY Singapore Official website and they are selling at a total of $103.40 and not what you claimed in you emailer to me at $246.00. That is very misleading and not being fair to customer who trusted your organisation.

Paying $5 for delivery, it takes so long for the delivery to collect and delivered the products. Disappointing.

Support crew on messenger is fast to react but the delivery and back end systems need to improve immediately. My both purchases delivery are all messed up!! Too many tracking emails but no delivery! What a disappointment. All the order numbers n addresses all went wrong. I have yet to receive my 2nd purchase order due to wrong order number and instructions given to distributor. I shouldn't be dealing with distributors!

Great shopping experience but I do wish that the option for the day & time of delivery is available as I had to asked the delivery man to leave my goods outside of my house as there was no one at home which is at risk of goods being stolen and maybe damaged if it is raining. Much as I enjoy the online shopping experience which saves me time & carrying the stuff back to my home myself, it is unlikely for me to do shopping via this platform again if there's no option available for the preferred day & time of delivery or arrangement for the goods to be deposited into a parcel delivery locker.

It was not made known to me that the items will all be delivered separately. In your email when one item was delivered, it was tracked as all items delivered. Hence i was thinking there are missing items and i had to get in touch with your customer service. But i must say the delivery guys were very pleasant to deal with.

If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. Also, we are now looking into resolving our way of how customers can see their orders online. Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better. Website interface can be improved for better shopping experience. It's difficult to browse for items and difficult to search for items. Delivery can be made a better experience if customer can select time slot and date to receive the merchants. As no time and date was given, I didn't know when and what time my merchants were coming and guess what, they came at the wrong time when no one was at home.

The return process is needlessly long drawn. After a week of negotiations, item still hasn't been picked up. I wanted to change for a different size but am told that it's not possible, have to return n buy all over again. Not a user friendly process. Doesn't make me want to purchase again. The person I deal with via email (Rowena) operates like a bot, again, doesn't encourage shopping with Robinsons.
