DHL delivery is haphazard. There is poor communication between their command post and the delivery personnel. The first delivery timing was given all of a sudden when I was at work. The rescheduled second delivery came at 2.52pm 20 Nov when the sms says 1730-1930 same day. This caused me to pay $8 taxi fare to rush home and I missed the delivery. The 3rd rescheduled delivery also have the same issues until the delivery man had the good sense to call me after I missed the delivery again when he came 6 hours plus before the scheduled time. He then rearranged another delivery time for the evening. I think your delivery service is very bad and I dare not make another online purchase because I don’t want to go through the same nightmarish experience again.

Yet to receive a reply on the wallet that was sent in extremely poor condition although customer service is following up on this closely.

Regret to order a snowdown pillow from robinsons . Is over price . Takashimaya online only selling at $99.00., I brought from robinson cost me $199.00.. Is the same brand same model , totally feel very disappointment in robinson and i wont buy anything from robinson again .

I wrote to you a month back about your misleading and deceoving ad on free delivery and $10 off for purchases over $50 and $100 respectively and still havent got a reply. Im dissapointed that you give such bad service.

Ordered the Surin volumising shampoo on sale but was informed by Surin sales in charge that it was out of stock. Reason being Robinson stock check does not have a reducing balance. So they didn’t know it was out of stock. How ridiculous to happen to Robinson. Can’t believe it. Anyway I was asked to accept an item that was not on offer. Felt cheated.

Bad experience, when i placed my order, it clearly stated the GST amount. But was sent a text message from DHL to pay tax in order to receive my order. It was not clearly stated in the checkout page, nor the confirmation email that i had to pay additional tax to receive my order. After contacting customer service i was told i will get a refund, but that was only after i reached out. Imagine if i did not, i would have to pay tax twice. I.e., Nobody reached out to me. After furnishing my bank details, I haven’t heard from Robinsons nor received the money. Poor experience. Felt cheated

Missing item and Wrong product was shipped Customer service not prompt and cannot play a active role to resolve what is done via distributor When distributor almost made a second mistake w wrong delivery intended, Robinson could not check to ensure it is correct, staff of Robinson too inexperienced w online business

Placed order 8 days ago - silence, no info when i gonna receive the item. Definitely not 3-5 days as mentioned on the website. so BEWARE unless you are willing to wait (no idea for how long though)

awful distasteful experience online shopping with Robinson when product is defective and is not accepted for returns and refunds and no discussion of exchange use an excuse its hygiene products when it is not defined in its terms and conditions

Disappointing. Spent almost $500 on the bedsheets and they looked so old. The packaging tells me that they are very old stocks that are kept for a long time waiting to be cleared and sold

I bought a Milton Home hand towel from Robinsons and only washed it once before use. The side trimming is frayed. Looks like it’s been used for 50 times!! Very disappointed.

It has been very frustrating as I ordered the Canopy Earl sateen set but was sent the Eternity set instead. Then without any message sent in advance the courier was sent to exchange the product when I was not home. Asked him to wait 5mins and he refused. Now I hv to arrange another pick up time. This has been very troublesome.

1. ROBINSONS - Very Poor Customer Service Staff was unprofessional in handling the case and replying to Customer. Staff made assumptions of the Customer when the Merchandising Team had arranged with Supplier to perform Service Recovery. Staff also failed to understand the information provided by Customer. Lack of Acceptable Liaising, Communication and Business Writing Skills. 2. SUPPLIER - Poor Product Presentation, Very Good Service Recovery Cap & Nozzle was missing, but Staff was quick and professional in performing a Service Recovery within 1 day of reporting. 3. QXPRESS - Very Poor Delivery Service Deliverer delivered the Perfume after stipulated hours (10:36PM) unlike what was being alerted by Aftership, miss-called me as I was sleeping, and left the Perfume AT MY WINDOW, when I neither instructed this nor requested for Contactless Delivery. - Very Poor Software Integration Alert was only activated on the day of Delivery, unlike what was listed on Robinson's website, defeating the purpose of having the function. - Very Good Customer Service Staff called me to check if item was delivered, but I was unaware, till I checked my Sliding Windows, and found the Perfume "hiding" in between the Window Panels.

When I purchased from Robinson on 7 August, it was indicated free delivery for purchases over $50.00. I bought the honey totalling $112.00, and I used ‘Join10’ voucher worth $10.00. As I used this voucher, I was not entitled to the free delivery. Delivery charges cost $4.99. Don’t think I will purchase from Robinsons anymore if this company has this ‘sly’ tactic. Very disappointing!

Bought 4 pieces of CHRISTY Brixton Bath Towel "It boasts a thicker construct at 600gsm for lovers of a heavier, and plushier towel" as advertised. However, when i opened it, its only 1.1m in length. How can a bath towel be so small!? i can hardly wrap around myself in it. And its flat , so how can it be labelled "plushier towel" as advertised?
