“I received both the Bolster and the Hugging Pillow in pristine condition and properly packaged. However, I only need one Hugging Pillow, not two, because I did not envisage the pillow to be twice the length that I need. I would like to return one Hugging Pillow if that is okay, the one which I have not opened yet (still in its original packaging), even if it means I should buy something else to replace it. I have written to Robinson but yet to get a reply.”

“Pleased with my online purchase of bath and face towels from Robinsons. The order was processed promptly and smoothly and I received my purchases within 3 working days in good condition.
