“A cancelled holiday, courtesy of the debacle when Heathrow closed for most of the day, meant a rebooking, change of dates etc. As always ROL provided a superlative and efficient service. I cannot fault them for their service ethos and will always choose them as my primary travel agent.”

“Made a late booking for a river cruise in the Balkans. Everything went smoothly and booked the last cabin available within 20 minutes. Through out, the ROL staff was very helpful, patient and efficient. Being a seasoned cruiser made the process, smootha and pleasant.”
