“The main moan is that they don’t take credit cards and ask for all the money months before the cruise. Why? Just paid the second installment by credit card for a holiday we go on in 2weeks!!!!!!!!! ROL what a con”

“Extremely helpful staff . Any question or query gets sorted if it can’t be answered there and then rol always get back with the answers. I have now booked several cruises with rol i’ve never had a problem they are an excellent company”
