“The team contacted me on a recent purchase to inform me about a delay on getting the items from the supplier. Great communication goes a long way. My load bars and brackets arrived recently and I am very happy with my purchase even though I have waited a while for it.”

“100% fantastic, everytime. In the last year, I've needed spare parts, technical instruction, replacement keys, pro advice on the purchase of new bars and a bike rack. Best customer service, always above and beyond, never patronising (as women this is more often the case) and always able to understand my needs and budget. Superb!”
