“Today I had the best customer service experience in many years. A young lady named Isabelle at the Narellan NSW Store went way above good service helping with parts and fittings for my racks. Nothing was too much trouble. She deserves management recognition as I witnessed her providing the highest degree of patience with a very difficult client while I was there. She has ability in abundance. Well done Isabelle.”

“Great service from Will and the team at Roof Racks Galore in Fyshwick, ACT. I bought some Thule bike racks from the Fyshwick store and they needed to be fitted to cross bars on a camping trailer. Will came up with an awesome solution that is functional, looks great, and was very reasonably priced. I cannot fault the service and workmanship at all and highly recommend the Roof Racks Galore Fyshwick store. I will definitely shop there again when I have the need. 😀”

“Was a bit skeptical about 2 day delivery quote but amazed when roof rack arrived from other side of Australia in two days. Incredible! No communication until it arrived (maybe they just wanted me to get my wind up before surprising me) Other than that, totally happy with Rhino rack at sale price $150+ cheaper than elsewhere.”
