“I ordered an item which was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However I was contacted promptly and given the option to cancel, or wait knowing there would be a delay. I opted to wait and was impressed with the level of communication. My item arrived today and I am very happy with it.”

“I usually don't use the chat bots that pop up on web sites but I did with this site. I assume that here queries are quickly addressed by a human. “The staff at the Kedron shop is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a mixed experience at the East Brisbane shop. One of the staff was quite rude and dismissive and, it turned out, did not quite know the products either. I was about to walk out when the other staff member (their name possibly June) helped me out. Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful.”
