“Bought item that showed as in stock. After paying for it I received an email telling me it would take 7-10 business days to order it in and the ship it. Been waiting 2 weeks so far and item still hasn’t arrived.”

We received your item in 10 days and dispatched it the following day. I have just run a track and trace on your consignment, it is listed as delivered (3 business days from dispatch).
