“To clarify I never believe in perfect service, that is the only reason I had not given a rating of 5 stars. However I will say the service I have received has always been great. I’ve used Roof Racks Galore many times for lots of different items from roof trays to brackets and clamps, bolts, tie downs and rack mounts, jerry can holders or roof boxes and bike racks. I’ve always found the website easy to navigate when looking for what I needed, even if they have a huge selection of options to choose from. The prices were always competitive and the delivery was fast and reliable. If an item was on back order or not available at the time, RRG always made effort to contact me and find a solution. The staff has always been accommodating and friendly.”

Thanks for your feedback. It is sometimes the case that "in stock" listings do require a transfer between our locations (stock level listings are pulled from total stock levels including all locations). I am sorry that a delay in communication, by the store, caused further delay. I'm happy to hear, from the store, that they have since then received your items and contacted you. Thanks for your feedback Robin, I can see that your order was ordered on a Monday after hours, transferred between store locations and dispatched on Tuesday and was on for delivery on Wednesday morning. I'm not specifically sure what combination of missed deliveries, lead to the delay between Wednesday morning and Friday morning (when delivered). I'm sorry for the delay by our courier and any inconvenience it caused. I am proud of the speed at which your item was transferred and dispatched from our warehouses. We do not have a lot of control over our freight's rate of travel once it is with our couriers and delivery estimates are populated by them. Again thanks for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience caused by this wait.
