“I ordered some ends for my roof racks, as I'd had a few stolen :( They were good and picked up my wrong order, in that I ordered 4 of one side, oops. I was called quickly to say they were out of stock. No rush. However 2 months later I called and asked how my order was going. They said still out of stock there, however they made calls and I received my order within 2 days. So all good :)”

“Product selection easy and prompt shipment. Tracking was not much help, basically said it had left Queensland with a graphic that had a line to Victoria. No updates and missed suggested delivery date. Update on day of delivery.”

Good afternoon Mark, Thanks for your feedback. The courier's tracking map is often confusing as it often displays the whole journey from the start. We generally recommend for more details to use the scan history on the same tracking Apps different for different carriers.
