“I have never had a purchase so well protected for delivery. The chest looks good although a mite disappointed at the thin veneer on the front of the drawers. However, it looks good and I am very pleased with it especially considering the price However, no information about when to expect delivery apart for an email saying I should hear from the courier. Current rules of course meant we were in but we might not have been.”

“All as advertised from Roseland. Can't fault them. Courier could have provided better info as delivery was scheduled a few times. Then when the courier arrived, he knocked over the neighbours wall!!”

“I ordered it and it came well packaged within 5 days.The delivery man came in a transit van and asked me to help him lift it out.lknew l couldn't do it as l have a bad shoulder. I was lucky as my neighbour helped him and carried it out.If you order something substantial you need to book a two man delivery .”

“The service was good but an email we received was a little terse. The quality of the furniture is very good. We did spend over the required £750 but never got the £50 off as advertised. We will use them again as we would like some more of their furniture.”

“The tv unit I ordered was easy to put together (only had to put handles on). The communication was good and delivery was within the slot given - very good service and value - the only criticism was a small dent in the surface of the unit which I've decided I can live with -- otherwise no probs”

“Great service and product is good quality and well built. Unfortunately a small amount of damage when my unit arrived, I presume damaged in transit as the box was damaged too, however, Roseland were more than happy to rectify this”

“Placing the order to its delivery in these exceptionally difficult times was very good. Inasmuch approx 5 days. The item itself I have given a quick check but all seems fine. Further I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
