“I ordered 3No. items - 2 chest of drawers and 1 bedside cabinet. The furniture was packaged with care and delivered in the time frame advised. It is all very well made, a couple of the drawers were sticky at first but have improved with use. It looks good. I recommend Roseland.”

“I had an issue with delivery, and attempted to ensure Roseland was aware of it immediately, my query was ignored, and not believed. However after emails were sent and replies were returned by four different names it became clear my query was not being taken seriously at all. It turned out that DPD was blamed for not even picking up the item from Roseland. If I hadn't informed them I would never have got my item delivered. However, the item on delivery was of good quality as expected. The staff at the office I dealt with were not.”

“The service is excellent with good communications from the outset. We had an issue with the sideboard as it arrived damaged. The products come direct from the manufacturer and the quality control is not ideal. We contacted the manufacturer directly as per advice and a replacement was arranged very easily. We have purchased a TV stand to match our replacement cabinet so hope they both come without any issues.”

“Very nice quality. Complements our other oak furniture well. Very well packaged, with no damage to any component. Very straightforward to assemble. Delivery took a bit longer than proposed considering it was labelled as 'in stock'. Very pleased with this purchase.”

“The hall bench we bought is lovely! 5 stars for that. The delivery people were friendly, on time and efficient. The only reason for 4 stars is the delivery time. Several weeks elapsed between my money being taken and delivery. Weeks after I’d received an email that the item was back in stock I was contacted with a delivery date. Not sure what took so long but now it’s here I’m really happy with it. It’s a good quality item that is perfect for what I need.”

“I had never heard of this company before, but my partner and I stumbled across the website when looking for a good hard-wearing bookcase. The item arrived ready-made via courier and couldn't be happier with the quality of it. The only downside is it claims free delivery however received a £35 charge as we live in the Highlands, so they're a company that tries to stay we don't live on mainland UK.”
