“The coffee tables are lovely and very good quality. The delivery took 10 days, with very little information when to expect it and only 3 hours notice was given before my order was delivered in a time slot between 7pm - 9pm. More information would be appreciated as its difficult to plan your life when you have no idea when to expect delivery, otherwise, furniture worth 5 stars.”

“Unfortunately my parcel was damaged in delivery - BUT Roseland have been amazing at dealing with it and supporting me with options as a customer. And would definitely use them again due to this.”

“One of the pieces received was damaged. Can't fault the quick response to my complaint and replacement is on it's way. Do be warned; be careful to retain packaging incase you need to make a return as carrier will not collect without item being boxed.”

“When putting together the coffee table the wood split so had to be returned. The replacement was fine apart from 2 screws missing. These were sent within a few days. I am pleased with the table now & customer service was good.”

“Very happy with the purchase of a bedside table and chest of drawers. It arrived well before the estimated delivery and it is great that it comes assembled and all you have to do is put the handles on. The quality is very good and looks fabulous in my spare room. The delivery men were very polite and friendly.”

“I have a few items from the farrow range which came assembled. The telephone table had to be put together which did surprise me. It wasn't that easy as one of the bolts didn't fit. Admittedly it did state assembly required. Having said this i really like this range and I am waiting for rhe nest of tables to arrive to complete my refurbishment”

We have sent the missing handles to you and this can take up to 10 working days with royal mail to get to the customer. Kind regards Roseland

“Very pleased with the TV table, there is some damage to front right corner, a split in wood and some dents, but to be fair, its impossible to see unless the sun is directly on it, then its not that easy, I didnt notice it until I had installed it with TV on, I think unless the light was exactly right this would not have been picked up on a quality control inspection, anyway, its exactly what I wanted, got rid of the glass one which was a nightmare to clean! I would recommend this company.”

“I was very pleased with the delivery and quality of the items.The only problem was one of the door knob w as missing.I solved it by removing the knobs off my old cabinets and puting them on the new ones.I would buy from them again.”

“A nice well made tallboy chest of drawers which fitted into a small space in my bedroom. It holds a lot of things e.g jewellery boxes, perfumes, scarves, hairdryer and still room for some other accessories. I only gave four stars to Roseland furniture as the delivery company used is dreadful. I constantly had to track where my furniture was and once it had reached the delivery depot it was there for five days. I wrote an email to the delivery company (XDP) twice and did get a response However a day after receiving it on the 23/03/22 (after the given 2 hour slot) I had a query from the person from the XDP office, who had responded to the email, asking where the piece of furniture was and that it had not been recorded as being delivered. Very poor communication. Although I am pleased with this piece of furniture I will never buy from your company again because it caused a lot of stress over two weeks and I couldn't leave the house for two weeks. It's just as well I'm retired. I order online a lot and have never been as disappointed with a delivery, even taking into account the delays which have happened during Covid. I would suggest that if you do not want to lose customers get a contract with a better delivery company !.”

“Very nice TV unit and quick response to my order. I received notice of despatch and a notification from courier that they had collected it. From that point on I was left in the dark and was not notified of the intended delivery date. Delivery was a few days longer than advertised on the website and arrived on a Sunday. Roseland are being let down by their chosen courier. The furniture was made in Vietnam but I don't think that info was on the website with the item's description.”

“Really pleased with my order and fantastic quality of furniture the only disappointing part was the delivery company used-XDP, I wasn't informed of the delivery date in advance, I received a text on the day with the time slot giving me only 15 mins to arrange someone to be in to accept the delivery which for large items it would have been less stressful if I could have chosen a re-delivery date that other delivery companies provide.”

“The coffee table arrived before delivery date well packaged, quality is ok for what it cost, when went to assembled it bolt missing , it took 5 days to get one sent to us, it could of been sent out first class”
