“5-stars for the products purchased (bookcase, tv stand and nest of tables). Nice quality and well priced. However, the delivery process is a farce. Company unable to give any indication when items will arrive. Delivery is outsourced to XPD who also are unable (unwilling) to give any meaningful advance notice. The best you chance hope for is a 2-hour advance warning they are coming - and that's it. If you can't make it home in time, you're stuffed. They have a tracking app which isn't fit for purpose too. Our 1st delivery only had two items. Queried with Roseland, who said they'd chase up - but no promises when delivery would happen of course. 2nd delivery, guy arrived, only to find that our missing item hadn't been put on the van. He only realised when he got to ours. Eventually delivered third time. The drivers are very friendly, in fairness. Would happily buy more Roseland furniture, but never will again due to their shambolic delivery arrangements. They need to hold their delivery company to account. Seems they're letting the tail wag the dog too much, so to speak.”

“The furniture, once we received it, arrived in good condition however the delivery time of 4-6 weeks was not adhered to. I contacted the supplier who advised there had been a delay with the courier but I would have preferred not to have to chase them and to be kept up to date. That said, the furniture is sturdy and well made and looks lovely in my young lads room. Couldn't be happier with the quality.”

“I recently purchased a medium sideboard and matching TV unit which I ordered in Ivory. It arrived on time and was kept informed every step of the way from ordering, it was well packaged and I’m very pleased with my chosen furniture it’s made well and just what I needed to finish my new lounge area. However My only comment would be I ordered Ivory and it was more a light greyish colour very difficult to describe the actual colour so just be aware when placing your order…”

“In the last few months I’ve been buying quite frequently from Roseland Furniture. I received so far 3 out of 5 ordered items and I have to tell you they are beautifully made and delivered almost fully assembled, uff what a relief 😅. Customer Services always there to answer your queries. Well done to all of you! 4 ⭐️ because of the loooong waiting time for a delivery.”

“Small issues with the wood being slightly split in a couple of places. Fortunately it was on the side that sits against the wall so was not visible. If it had been the other side we would of had to ask for a replacement.”

“The sideboard with baskets looks lovely and is perfect for our rustic snug. My only slightly negative comment is that the wood used for the construction of the drawers is quite thin. This would not however deter me from buying this piece of furniture. Delivery was extremely efficient and the unit was very well packed.”

“The handles attached to the table came smashed and the alternatives were in poor condition. Customer service was fantastic though and arranged a partial refund as I kept the table, in addition to sending me replacement handles (which I'm waiting for so hopefully they will arrive).”

“Very happy with quality of my TV unit. Good size, and ample storage also. Not happy with delivery company, mind you, my unit was left on my front door whilst i was at work!”

“It was disappointing that our goods arrived damaged hence inky 4 stars. However, the customer service I received thereafter was exceptional with a replacement being received a few days later and ticks all the boxes. I would certainly use Roseland Furniture again .”
