The was my second order with Roseland furniture. The customer service was good & the quality of the products was again of a very high standard. However, whilst the first order was delivered in under 48 hours, this time there was unfortunately a 10-12 day delay in the delivery of my order. This was eventually resolved, but with slow communication from Roseland & with no explanation as to the reasons for the delay during this time, this has reduced my rating here.

We ordered a unit for our hallway, it was delayed and then lost in transit, we it finally arrived it was damaged so we won't be ordering anything else from you .

The drawer screws were too short for the drawer fronts. I had to wait a week, two phone calls and one email to get them replaced. One small drawer is ill fitting and slides about.

Delivery took longer than anticipated, online said 1-3 days took 5. One item was broken waiting for replacement which is another 3-5 days. Quality ok but you get what you pay for !

Have purchased numerous pieces from Roseland, all solid and hard wearing. No issues. Lovely. The wardrobe just purchased I hate to say is not so solid and was difficult to assemble. Had to get a replacement handle as well, as one did not even fit. Customer service sent a replacement through but for £700 it should have not been an issue. As an final note not too sure on the couriers used..... perhaps look for alternative as they weren't the best.

Order a white farrow cupboard. It arrived damaged. Contacted Roseland and they were suspect quick to exchange. Collection of old and delivery of new arranged very quickly. Unfortunately the replacement cabinet was also damaged. Partial refund given.

Unfortunately you picked the wrong product from your warehouse and delivered it to me, I then had to wait for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct one delivered, essentially someone had to be present at the delivery address 3 times, instead of once, which isn't easy whe juggling work.

The chest of drawers are a good size, however the drawers feel a bit flimsy

Unfortunately, the first tv cabinet that arrived was badly scratched. Roseland were quick to send a replacement but unfortunately that one also had a mark on top, which I couldn't remove completely. I accepted a very small refund as I couldn't be bothered to return another one! I don't think their quality control exists......

I actually thought Roseland Furniture made some of their own furniture including the nest of tables I purchased. They arrived in very good time. I gave 3 stars because 1) it is not made by Roseland, although it has a name plate screwed on the underside. 2) the wooden tops are so different they do not look like a set. 3) the larger table is cracked where the legs are screwed to the table. This is where the person from Vietnam has put the quality control sticker. I emailed Roseland. I was informed the 3 different table tops are colours because they are real wood but, in my view they are coated anyway. The 3 colours could have been chosen to match not, one of them being an orange colour. I was asked to send photos and then I was asked if I wanted to return the tables or have £15 refuned. I chose to have a refund as I informed the person who had asked because, I couldn't be bothered to organise a return. As my husband and I work 12 hour days. Returning them was not a feasible option to me.

Just a little bit disappointed because photo in one of the 'House' magazines looked as thought legs were were made of wood, but that was my fault for not looking for that specification. Being all plastic the chairs look better as patio garden furniture rather than dining room furniture. There was quite a lot of instances where the plastic on the frame had run out of mould and had to be trimmed off in order to get legs to fit flat to surface. Pretty chairs though.

The item was received damaged and we had to send photographs as proof of damage. The option to exchange was offered and we have accepted that, we are still waiting for the pick up of the damaged item and will only get the replacement once Roseland has received the damage item, I believe. So having got rid of our old tv stand we will have to watch the telly on the floor until the new one arrives, and knowing the delivery company XPD that Roseland Furniture use, whom we have had unhappy experiences of previously, we do not expect to be soon.

I ordered the Alfie armchair in teal. The quality is very good and it looks attractive however it’s not a comfortable piece of furniture. The seat pad feels as if there is a plank of wood contained in the stuffing. I’m hoping it will soften with use but, at the moment, nobody wants to use it.
