My cabinet has arrived and bar a missing draw knob (which I've been promised will be sent) the cabinet is as expected. What wasn't expected was the time scales for delivery. The website quotes 1-3 days when queried with a very helpful member of staff I was informed this is an 'estimate' only?? not indicated anywhere on the site that I could see. The cabinet turned up in 8 days, managing people's expectations are an important part of customer service.

Disappointed in the time of delivery compared to the stated on website, then arrived in a terrible state, frame warped so top didn’t sit flat, email sent but no reply!

I received x2 bedside tables..They feel solid enough, but are poorly made. I can see all the dowells down the side of the drawers as there are gaps between the unit sides and the drawers The wooden top is nice as are the handles. I haven't sent them back as we have nothing else.

Loved the chest of drawers I ordered the delivery very quick but there was a drawer knob missing which I am still waiting for other than this I would have marked 5 out 5

Initial contact with the team was excellent - they agreed to hold all furniture I ordered (approx 11 separate items in multiple boxes). When we went to recall the furniture they were split and despatched separately - not great considering we were at a "new build" where no-one lived. The delivery firm only delivered to our area once a week which didn't suit us. After lots and lots and lots of correspondence, I arranged to send in a vehicle to their warehouse in Gloucester to collect the furniture that had not already been despatched. When the furniture arrived, the boxes were absolutely filthy - so much so that the black soot has gone everywhere in the house. Carpets were subsequently cleaned - clothes as well. The furniture quality is actually very good - it was just a shame about the experience to receive it all - and the state of how it was presented in the packaging..... I have noted all of the above to Roseland directly who I hope will address this in some way.

The furniture itself was good quality though one chair did not contain all the correct washers to enable it to be built. The delivery process was poor as no info was provided by the delivery company as to likely delivery date prior to delivery

Product is great, well built and as described. However the delivery was later than initially indicated and was left on my front door step overnight as I was away. Not sure how they can leave it there when no one was home, but they did anyway and lucky it didn’t rain.

Ordered 6 chairs. Money taken. Then emailed the next day to say no stock and the item is being discontinued so I couldn't buy the chairs. Money returned in full. Just a bit of a waste of time.

Our table arrived water damaged, customer service was patchy to good, for 3 days the phone wasn't answered but emails answered in 12 hours and Facebook comments replied to. The pick-up of the table didn't go well until the last call to a customer service agent. Allot of the issues would be outside the control of Roseland, Covid staff shortages, useless courier, poor communication, a day before I was about to put the transaction into Paypal dispute the table was collected and a few days later a refund issued.

The bookshelf is excellent. Solid, looks good. I've only marked it down from 5 because it rook almost two weeks to get here from 2-3 day promised delivery.

Great product and client service by Roseland but awful delivery by XPD as they failed to deliver on 2 occasions, their app did not work to track the parcel , and then they did eventually deliver they struggled to find us as there was no facility to leave directions for the driver.

I ordered a sideboard, which, once it arrived, was great. However, rather than the promised and advertised 1-3 days delivery time, it took 9 days to be delivered. Either stop advertising 1-3d, or get a different delivery company to do your deliveries would be my advice. Product itself faultless though.

Pleased with delivery, the two men took the two pieces of the wardrobe to my bedroom. Could see no reason why the wardrobe was not made up, some of the pieces did not align 100 per cent.

Hello Peter White We are pleased you like your item, we do not make the wardrobes fully built due to a lot of them will not go around bends and awkward corners on stairs if they were. This is why we choose to have the top in panels. We also do not provide an assembly service I'm afraid. Kind regards Roseland

Bought this for my disabled daughter. I was unaware that it was flat pack furniture and had to make a special journey to put it together ad her carer did not have the ability to do the job. Other than that it looked nice when it was put toy. Did it look like a £600 piece of furniture….well no.
