Cabinet not alighned a dowel was showing and wood very rough. It is a good looking cabinet and nice colour but not put together properly. Have been happy with roseland in the past.

Nice bedside cabinets, ideal for my Bedroom apart from the drawers being too narrow for the carcass so they don't line up correctly, however it is what it is.

We have bought a few units from these before with no issues But not impressed with the last unit considering the price we paid The unit itself is lovely but we didn't expect three screws in the packaging that fell out ..I have tried to put them back but the screws are very loose and will not bite into the wood.so I'm guessing they fell out during transit. All in all not a problem but poor workmanship. I did report but they wanted photos and a photo of the QC sticker To be honest I couldn't be bothered as there was no damage to the unit

Lovely furniture, one handle missing, replacement sent pretty quickly but didn’t send screw to fix handle on, should I have detailed that the handle and screw we’re both missing??

Veneer top, very dissapointed. Even more so when l saw an almost identical item in Dunhelm for £50 less.

This is definitely a bed rather than a sofa. Quite uncomfortable for sitting and watching TV. We will need to get a sofa now as we had hoped that we could combine both. Delivery was by a company that gave us very little notice of progress with a delivery date. Showed up after giving 30min. notice and caught us just as we were leaving the house.

The product we ordered from Roseland is as we expected and is of good quality and is very good value for money. However, the delivery company (XPD Express) used is beyond dreadful. Delivery was promised about a week after Roseland said it was ready for dispatch. We thought this was slow but we were not worried as it was not needed urgently. However, the promised delivery did not happen. This needed several calls to Roseland as XPD will not talk to anyone else. Eventually after about 3 weeks and with no advance notice the item (a five drawer tallboy) was simply dumped on our doorstep. Fortunately, we were only out for an hour or so and took it in OK. Sadly we will never buy anything from Roseland again if they still use this awful delivery company.

Ordered a bookcase and quality of goods is excellent. However trying to deal with the delivery was not quite as good hence the three stars as I had to chase up my delivery and was given no real explanation as to why my bookcase was stuck in delivery depot for well over a week. This is a shame as my previous dealings with Roseland has been very good.

Hall table arrived with damage on the rear, it's OK to look at, would have scored a 4 without the rear damage as its ok for the money. Didn't send it back, as I had waited along time for it.

I was very disappointed with the delivery. My furniture was left on the drive in a un secure area. They had been informed by roseland furniture to change the delivery but still went ahead leaving in open view for several hours. I was assured this was getting looked into by roseland furniture. Unfortunately this as still not happened. I won’t be recommending anyone to buy furniture this way. Carol

You get what you pay for. Compared with other suppliers Roseland prices are low, but the quality seems to suffer as a result. For example, with the Surrey oak drawers, the side panels, drawer bottoms, back panels etc are very thin compared to more expensive alternatives. We are keeping the chest of drawers but will only store fairly light items in them.

I previously brought a sideboard from Roseland furniture many years ago and the quality seemed good. When I did my initial research for that I got the impression that Roseland was a local furniture maker who produced the furniture themselves, but I must have got that wrong.. We recently brought a chest of bedroom draws from them and I have been somewhat underwhelmed. Maybe my expectations were too high for the price we paid. The chest of draws looks good from the front but parts of the back legs have not been painted and if you look inside you can see where some of the wood has split during assembly. Additionally, the draws are not on metal runners and are not an overly precise fit so the gaps around the draws are uneven depending on how the draw ends up after you open/close them. Not a huge deal but when ikea can provide better fitting and aligning draws for less cost I found this to be a disappointment. After having studied the furniture a bit more and noting that it’s actually made in Vietnam I realised that other stores, appear to stock as Dunelm seem to stock furniture made by the same people so quality wise you’re not getting anything better than you’d get at Dunelm. When we ordered the was a 4-6 week wait for the product which turned out to be relatively accurate. I emailed customer service about 4 weeks in asking if they had any more fine grained eta but they weren’t that helpful and couldn’t provide any additional details. Overall I’m reasonably happy with our purchase - it looks good from the angles that matter and works well enough apart from the OCD triggering draw misalignment and the price was “ok. I just think my expectations were probably a bit high to begin with.

The TV stand is very good and looks lovely. Delivery was slow and the communication poor. Delivery driver not particularly helpful.

Mixed feelings I bought two pieces from same range but they don’t really match I like the sideboard but not the so called matching tv unit. Delivery took a lot longer than advertised

I am very disappointed with your courier xdp. I have now been waiting since 3rd May for my order. I really appreciate the communication I have been having from your customer services. They have been answering my concerns every time I've emailed them . However, I would be hesitant to order from you again if you continue to use this courier xdp. The are completely unreliable

Nice furniture but the single plastic wall fitting was rubbish. How is one supposed to tighten a plastic tie behind a piece of furniture. We put a longer screw either side for stability. Once fitted we are pleased with appearance and colour and size etc. seems quite well made.
