Good quality furniture well made and delivered well packaged. We are a bit disappointed that you cannot store paperbacks vertically and get them out, due to the lip on the top of each shelf. A few more inches height for each shelf and it would be perfect.

Great quality wood furniture BUT if they state they will be using XDP Couriers to deliver, you would be better off going elsewhere (read reviews on them onTrustpilot). Again furniture I cannot fault and would buy again...if a different courier service

Happy with quality of furniture. Disappointed when delivered was left in my front garden. Had asked for it to be left with my neighbour. Tracking your delivery wasnt easy to use?

I am pleased with the furnitures but at the same time very disappointed with the delivery system. After I received the e-mail from Roseland that my furniture has been despatched, I phoned Roseland and requested them to ensure that their courier company contacts me before delivery and just does not turn up as I have to arrange to dispose off the old furniture to make room for the new ones. I gave detailed and clear instructions on this matter and I was promised and backed up by an e-mail that the couriers will be informed as such. Unfortunately, the very next day the couriers rang me to say my furniture will be with me within a couple of hours. When I said it not be possible to have the furnitures today, I was basically told they were already in the van and nothing could be done. I rang Roseland but regrettably the person I spoke to obviously was not interested in resolving the issue. From all the good reviews I read on Roseland which was instrumental in my placing order with them, I had hoped that they were much better in their customer service but I regret that they turned out to be the same as others who once they have your money, is not interested any further.

Disappointed the shelves were fixed as books come in different heights. Otherwise it is fine. Delivery company was appalling. Left the bookcase in someone else's front garden, in the pouring rain, completely wrong address other than the number of the house. The owner found it when he came home and kindly brought it round. I had waited in nearly the whole day.

I am pleased with the Chair I bought. Good quality and comfortable. However, Roseland furniture were let down by their delivery supplier XPD. I was out when the chair was delivered so rather than calling or redelivering, they left the chair outside my house. It would have sat there for at least 6 hours. Fortunately it wasn't stolen and I got home just as it started to rain so it didn't soak through. It could have been very different. Overall, not a good customer experience.

The bed is beautiful…really happy with it and delivery was excellent. The only thing I would mention is that the headboard is bulky so you lose some length on the bed so if you’re tall (like us) it’s not really suitable.

Nice blanket box arrived very well packaged, disappointed that the underside of the box had been left as untreated wood,the grey paint used on the item had not been applied. I applied a layer of varnish myself to treat the wood.

I was happy with the service but sadly not the sofa. The cushion on the chaise end of the sofa was too short and wouldn’t lush all the way to the back of the sofa. This meant when you sat on it your bottom would sink down lower than your feet. I sent an email and was initially told it was part of the design. After escalating the matter to management I received an apology for the design fault and was advised it would be reported back to the manufacturer. I was offered £50 if I kept the sofa or a free return. I opted for the return but appreciated the gesture.

Bad communication. Goods delivered 7 days after ordering (from a different company). 4 days later an email arrived from Roseland saying goods had been dispatched. Never heard anything more.

Hello Peter Chapman, Thank you for your feedback, the item ordered was a direct delivery from the supplier. ther may have been a short delay at the time due to teh extra 2 bank holiday days, delivery is under normal circumstances 3-5 working days. Ordered a mattress, said would be 3-5 working days delivery, didn’t hear anything at day so so gave them a email, quick response but to say it’s actually 7-10days and that the website was wrong! Eventually when the mattress came it came without a email update so no one was home for the delivery. The mattress it’s self however is great.

The item was as expected, but I was disappointed when I went to purchase a matching bedside cabinet, within a week or so of purchasing this item, that they were no longer available. I didn't want to order 2 in case I needed to return the items. This has left me in an awkward position of now wanting to return the item!

I ordered an item which was damaged, the replacement was also damaged and then the next replacement was damaged! All the damage appeared to be during manufacture or packing, not during to shipping to me. To give them some credit Roseland sorted out the problems quickly, but in the end I had to cobble together unbroken bits from two deliveries to make up one good item.

Same as every other 'oak furniture' shop. Reasonable quality furniture, imported from Vietnam - beware the "pre-order" which may be stuck in a container somewhere. Had regular emails updating me with potential delivery dates, but hard for them to be specific.
