Drawers don’t fit properly and the handles are stained. The back of unit felt damp. Regret we would not use Roseland again.

Bookcase arrived damaged. Roseland need to have a better transport / courier to deliver their items.

Ordered a Charleston Black Coffee Table which arrived ahead of the given delivery day. The table is lovely and the review would have been a 5 stars if the delivery had been smoother. Both Roseland staff and courier let that down. Despite call to Roseland, the heavy table was left with an elderly neighbour and it proved difficult for both of us to get it into my house

Great product and I have ordered another item but very unsatisfactory despatch/delivery process. Please stop using Tuffnells. They are hopeless in terms of advising you when your item will be delivered and have a very strange tracking system which is useless. Also, the driver just dumped the package on my front step without as much as a good morning. Why are you not using DPD or Hermes?

We had no problem with the exchange of a damaged tv unit. Everything went smoothly enough apart from the fact we had to buy bubble wrap to return the damaged unit. I would like to say how disappointed I was to discover only a week later the unit was reduced by nearly £70 very upsetting. Also it didn’t go down well that you had the audacity to offer me £40 to keep the damaged unit as one of your choices when corresponding about the damage. What do you think?

What a shame. The choice and quality of the furniture is great, however the whole experience was let down by terrible delivery service (through a 3rd party) and a real lack of customer service from Roseland in dealing with this issue. Eventually, I was passed on to the complaints team who got things sorted really quickly. I'd be hesitant about purchasing again though.

Sofa and armchair Arthur in emerald. Ordering went fine and was delivered just after 6 weeks. Delivery went very well. The sofa is nice and lush and we like it, but it is much darker than on the picture, definitely more teal/blueish in colour than emerald/green. The cushions have a softer top and do slug down very quickly but can be shaken up. Not as need and tidy as I had hoped for a new sofa, but it is very comfy. Fabric is more shiny and velvety than expected according to the picture. Pet hair does stick quite a bit to it. The furniture is not built exclusively for Roseland, as advertised, they are only selling them on. The producer makes these sofas (here named Manhattan) for a range of sellers, exactly the same sofas, and they are sold at very different prices, most of them cheaper than Roseland. If I had known I could have saved over 200£, which is a lot. My advice (to myself next time) is to do a google image search to see if anybody else is selling the exact sofa.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, our sofas are made to order from the manufacturers we do not state that they are made exclusively for us. The Arthur is a soft chenille which is a velvety woven material. Unfortunately a velvet style & velvety material will catch pet hair. The TV unit is not as good quality as other furniture we have bought from you in the past not very substantial also was scuffed on the top Which must have been packed like it as packaging undamaged

The delivery was much quicker than first estimated. I assembled the telephone table without any problems. I then unpacked the t.v. Unit it looked just like the pictures on your website. Then came the disappointment the unit was extremely rough, I dought that any finish had been applied. There was small pieces of wood around the shelf. Very disappointed it could have been better

It wasn’t easy picking out what I was looking for from the website because it was all beautiful products you have ….but from paying for my sideboard until now I haven’t heard from you since …except for your ads ….it would be nice to be kept in the loop as to where my product is ….. I paid for my sideboard on 2.11.21 and haven’t been updated to where it is now …..I was beginning to panic in case I have been scammed …..so maybe if you kept customers in the loop would be nice

4 stars for the product 2.5 stars for courier XDP and delay issue with dispatch. I purchased a chair that had an estimated delivery date of 30/9/21, but it was delivered on 9/11/21. However, the product itself was well worth the money despite the fact there were no assembly instructions. Much better quality than Made's Topeka Accent Armchair which I purchased originally but returned due to poor quality and faulty legs.

Very happy with the product itself, but the delivery service was terrible. I was given a 2-hour window for delivery, however, the delivery itself actually arrived 5 hours after the end of my 2-hour delivery slot. There was no aplogy. Also, I had to plead with the driver to move the delivery (a large bookcase) into the hall of the house. He just wanted to leave it on the doorstep.

Actual products are good. Customer service is quick to respond. Just make sure you read the T & Cs as in order for someone to physically bring the items into your home you need to pay an additional £25 (due to Covid) Also it delays the lead time - I had to chase this twice. I partly picked Roseland as they had a quick lead time - if you pick a '2 man delivery' it will delay things. The customer service was quick though. It was just annoying having to chase with a house move etc.

Hello, The upgrade of £25.00 is to apply the 2 man service, this is not due to covid. unfortunately, with the 2 man service, it does take longer for delivery, this is due to the nature of how the 2 man service works. I am sorry if this was not clear. Kind regards Roseland

The order and delivery time were excellent however our purchase looks more grey than cream so does not really match our cream kitchen. I queried if perhaps it was the wrong item and again Roseland did reply promptly assuring us, from the photo we sent that it was the correct item and colour and that their windsor cream had grey overtones. We haven't pursued it further simply because I can't be bothered with the hassle and can live with it even though it isn't quite what we had hoped for.

Roseland were very helpful and the customer service was great, but the delivery company they use for deliveries “SGK” were shocking and have let Roseland down in my opinion so be warned if you order anything for home delivery

Unfortunately our coffee table arrived with the marble cracked in half. The packaging was extremely poor, which meant that I wouldn’t order another one due to the high possibility of it happening again. It’s a shame, as it was a lovely table! That being said, the customer service was brilliant and very responsive.
