Was quoted up to 6 weeks for delivery as one item was on back order, however the order arrived within a week so I was delighted. Didn’t get any delivery updates though so it was a bit of a shock when a guy turned up at 9pm on a Saturday night! This is not Roselands fault, it lays with the courier, but there was only one guy delivering! A 1500 sideboard? Box has a warning saying 2 person lift! There was no damage to the goods but the packing was damaged, hardly surprising given the guy was trying to man handle large items of furniture on his own! The courier is cutting corners and breaking health and safety rules. Quality wise I’d give it 4/10. The finish on the outside is ok so it looks nice, but the build quality is poor, the materials are cheap and the interior tells the story. The driver put the sideboard under his arm and carried it in. I was impressed at how strong he was, but then realised once I’d unpacked it that it weighed next to nothing. When I ordered “light” oak I assumed that meant the colour 😂 I believe the furniture is produced in Asia. I could be wrong but my guess is, it comes in to the UK and goes straight out again without any UK quality control? I appreciate this saves time, money and the environment on repacking, but it means any errors are not picked up until it lands with the customer. For example the TV unit I ordered should have had holes cut out behind the 2 shelves for cables. No holes!! have the tools so I did them myself, but not everyone would have been able, or willing which would cost time and money to rectify as well as disappointing the customer. You get what you pay for I guess. Just beware, based on the pictures on the internet they look comparable with other oak furniture suppliers (who are significantly more expensive) but these units are not solid oak and don’t come close to the quality. That said, I like them and they look fab! Does the job.

My only complaint would be that I bought my item online and paid the money but was a bit worried when I heard nothing past the first email saying that I had placed the order etc. I could not find any contact details other than a generic contact me email which I used to chase up information. However my email was answered promptly it would just be nice to be kept automatically updated on the progress of an order

I’ve been getting bothered to write a review so here it is. The telephone table was easy to assemble. Its quality is no more than acceptable but it does the job for me. It was overpriced. Delivery was fine and my contact with the company to update the delivery address was really good. They dealt with my problem with the minimum of fuss. So full marks for that, but the actual product drags that down to 3 stars.

For what I paid it’s ok but it’s not great . The cushions are poorly fitted as is the stool under the chaise lounge part . It’s not going to last long but will have to do for now

Ordering on line very easy. Items received within two days and well packaged. Customer service afterward because of missing knobs not very good.

Delivery is very slow, 4 to 6 weeks is what the web site shows - ours took 8 weeks , The furniture is nice albeit one of the pieces was damaged on delivery. However Roseland did offer £50 off price. Customer services wouldn’t offer anything off for the late delivery - just blamed COVID.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the confusion with the lead time given. The estimated lead time that you were emailed ON 26.6.21 was clearly marked that this was the estimate for the goods coming back into stock, not for delivery to yourself. It then would then have taken a further 2 weeks for delivery once dispatched via the 2-man courier service. Unfortunately, we were unable to offer a partial refund as the correct information was supplied to yourself at the time of placing the order. I am sorry for the confusion. We bought a three cupboard/3 drawer white unit with an oak top. It arrived pre-assembled which was a huge bonus as it was 'ready to go'. The construction is sturdy and generally it's very well made for the price - including the lovely oak top. However, the decent quality of the unit is marred by the awful finish to the rest of the it, which looks as if a 10 years old child had been given a spray gun with white paint to finish it off. The white paint is patchy - in some places looking a satin finish and in others a matt effect - there are also areas where you can almost see the MDF wood underneath. Also, the unit was covered in an overspray white 'dust' which hadn't been cleaned off in production. Worst of all, on an area of about 2 sq. cms on one of the doors, the paint had peeled off altogether so I had to carefully apply Tippex solution to cover up the bare wood. Fortunately, this doesn't show too much from a standing position unless you know it's there. The unit is obviously 'Made in China' and whilst the overall product quality is acceptable to good it's let down by minimal quality control at the final stage. Would I buy again? Probably, yes although you may get a good or a bad one - if bad, you can always return it

Roseland as a company we’re very good at responding to my complaint and quickly arranged collection and refund of the damaged items. Great customer service. However, Roseland really need to investigate their warehouse / quality control. The items I received were badly damaged and there was no quality control stickers on the items, therefore I can only assume they didn’t go through checks before being packed, and I received a bad quality product. Roseland were great at sorting it out, but it does mean I will not purchase from Roseland again as I cannot trust the product.

Although it is a great piece of furniture, it's not the size the website states. It is much smaller. I did email to complain about this and they did get back to me straight away. They were contacting the manufacturer about it and I am still waiting to hear back about my compensation .

Thought shelf’s and back would have been oak as well so a little disappointed in quality but otherwise happy 😊
