Really unhappy that the sofa bed was delivered with zero warning that it was out for delivery when it arrived. It was fortunate that someone was there waiting for another delivery, that this was able to be taken in. No text, email, or tracking info at all! Pleased to have the item arrive so promptly, but it was so early that it was unexpected, and could've been left sat outside because of that...

Hello Miranda. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you did not get any notice for delivery. This only usually happens if the driver has a problem with their scanner on the day of delivery, as you should have certainly received your time slot on the day of delivery. One big problem was that the knobs did not fit the doors the screws were't long enough to hold the knobs in place. We had to get new ones . we were very disappointed as we purchased a kitchen island years ago and were very pleased with it.

Whenever I needed to speak to someone they were always extremely polite and helpful. However, I returned an item and then the confusion started! After the collection of the item being returned I received another, unrequested, replacement and the following day I received a text saying that another would be delivered. Eventually, Roseland arranged for these items to also be collected. However, having told them when I would be available for collection, they arranged it on a day that I was not scheduled to be in.

Bookcase Furniture looked good but back panel was hanging off. I had to purchasea nail gun and re-fix the back panel. Once fixed the furniture looked ok but the packaging was clearly not adequate

The product is fine, reasonable quality and good value. The reason for 3/5 rather than higher is the 3-and-a-bit month delivery time and lack of communication from Roseland. After the original purchase, they told me it was out of stock, then estimated 8-12 weeks, then when chased-up 13 weeks later said they didn't know if it would be in stock again and that I could wait, have a refund or pick another item. The table was then dispatched the next day! I understand these are tough times and supply chains are affected, but some communication would have been appreciated - even just a note to say that they were still waiting on the stock but hadn't forgotten about it!

Hello James I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, if the items come into the warehouse , they are generally sent immediately and the office would not know this straight away. We are improving our contact structure to make sure customers are informed more regularly , however this is not always possible due to certain circumstances out of our control. Kind regards Roseland

I expected the bedside cabinets to be the same quality as i purchased from you also from a supplier in Oswestry. Unfortunately, the cardboard box they were deliver in was printed and manufactured in China. They were of an inferior quality compared from those we purchased from you before. You were unable to make a check on my previous purchase to ensure they were of the same colour, design and wood finish. I was let down but decided to retain the purchase but not happy the price was for the quality i expected. PMcC

I have looked into this and can only see that you have ever made this one purchase from us so they other items that you have in your property must have been ordered from a different furniture company. I love the furniture, but the Delivery service took over a month for them to organise on a day that suited me, not very practical.

The chair we ordered is lovely and very happy with it. However the delivery firm used by Roseland were terrible and when the driver swore at me when I wondered why the delivery was a day later than promised with no communication, I was compelled to write a letter of complaint. I hope that Roseland will reconsider their choice of delivery firm as there are plenty of excellent and polite firms out there

The furniture itself is ok. The despatch and delivery were not. My order was delivered in three lots. No notice was given and we were in by sheer luck. I have still yet to receive part three of my order. Some of the furniture was damaged in transit. Not great so far.

Sorry to be negative but I was disappointed. The grain transfer on the top was smudged and some of the cut edges were still jagged. I had expected better, £200 for a tv unit is not a small amount to pay. Your website is excellent and promises a quality product. No, I couldn't bear to go through the Returns process. I have smartened it up myself and it looks okay. I was hoping for more than okay. I shall not order from you again.

My item arrived very damaged. I had no notification of its arrival day and had to rearrange delivery. Item was refunded fully but again I had no notification of when the item…which was large…was going to be collected. Unfortunately I’ll not be recommending

Not great damaged goods and was promised some recompense when I phoned and sent pictures and all they did was send a replacement part for me to fit myself. Nothing about the inconvenience of having a unit with 1 door for a month

Very good furniture, in both looks and quality. However Roseland are let down badly by the carrier company XDP Express, who are a nil star company. When XDP say they will drop off your goods, that's exactly what they do, drop it on the floor, without any care what's so ever, and then drag it the length of your drive, as they have no other means of transportation ie barrow, trolley etc. I wanted to make a further order, however the whole experience with XDP has put me off.

The courier company should have indeed deliver the goods to your doorway if deemed safe to do so. The couriers should also have had sack trucks on their vehicle to assist them to make delivery to the doorway. Love the furniture we got didn’t like the delivery. No notification of delivery date. Delivered when we were not at home no note through door. We found it in our back garden the next day after a night of showers. Not impressed.

Hello. Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. The couriers should not leave the goods unless requested to do so by yourself so we can understand your disappointment. They should have also emailed you on the day of delivery to notify you. Our logistics manager has taken this up with the couriers to minimise the risk of this happening in the future and also to make sure that the communication from them is improved. No notification of delivery until after the fact! Cupboard was left outside my front door on a rainy day. Product itself has been exactly what we wanted, and due to extensive packaging, it seems to have survived its time outside. Lovely product, but please speak to your delivery partners!

Roseland furniture is great but the courier service you use are dreadful and for that reason I would not recommend you. I am so disappointed with the service I have received from the couriers you should be asking for compensates they have caused me so much stress. One delivery left at my front door meant I could not get into my house.
