Mixed review, item ordered was lovely, but was damaged, spoke to customer services who give me back £35 out of a £190 order, which is around 18%, had the option to send back but item was all unboxed etc and they Cudnt tell me a date to collect this one and send out another, so wud of meant waiting for something I needed, box was smashed to pieces when it arrived so I knew it was gonna end bad, wud suggest using better couriers, had a large order recently from cotswold company, all oak items and all come in perfect condition and had a huge amount more packaging inside the cardboard box and box was in perfect condition

Prompt delivery but sadly a couple of issues with assembly - the screw holders were loose and so couldn't tighten the screws properly, which led to the table being slightly mis-aligned. I had to glue the screw holders in with superglue (having failed to get a reply from Roseland about the defect). So in short, good little table, sturdily made, efficient sales and delivery, but post-delivery service and poor assembly let the experience down.

Three stars given as customer service were helpful, but wish I hadn't had to contact them. Had to send back a mirrored bathroom cabinet as it was in terrible condition but the replacement wasn't in great nick either; though we decided to keep it with a small discount it's baffling why they're not able to check the condition of their stock and look after it better. I wouldn't order anything from Roseland again.

The TV unit is of ok quality a few inperfections. Delivery appalling the furniture ended up at an address 5 miles away an honest person phoned me to let me know she had recieved it. luckily we had a van so we could collect it. No refund was offered towards petrol but there was an apology.

Would have given 5 stars but due to the fact I have only received one item out of two which were both in stock at time of ordering on 30.4 21. One item was delivered by Tuffnells 5 days after ordering which was great. Unfortunately XDP has yet to deliver 2nd item which has been at their depot since 7.5.21 very disappointed that we are still waiting. After saying that very pleased with the sideboard I received.

The corner unit arrived on time and well packed for protection. The unit appeared as it did on line. I am disappointed with the light weight of the unit which means that the unit easily tips forward on opening the doors. this is an issue if you are not fixing to the wall which we are not.

Purchased a small cream cupboard. Unfortunately had to return and reorder due to a imperfection. Second order also had an imperfection. Third replacement received. On this occasion satisfied with the order. Replacement of items was straight forward and prompt. Just had to forward email with photographs of faults and quality assurance label. Customer service reordered and sent email to print off pdf return labels. Just waiting for pre arranged pick up collection of goods for return. The small cupboard fits perfectly in space available. I will be using for storage of CDs. Provides a modern twist and complements existing furniture

Online ordering was easy and straightforward. I then started to receive emails advising that a carrier company, MXL Deliveries, was aware of my order and would keep me informed of delivery. Nowhere on the emails did it say what the order was or from which company, nor any order number (I had several outstanding deliveries with various companies at the time). It was only when it arrived did I discover it was a super king oak bed from Roseland. It came in 3 parcels, 2 small and one very large. The 2 small ones were taken to the bedroom, while the large heavy one was left in the hall. The bed itself was great but I will not be using Roseland again unless they find a more professional delivery partner.

very pleased with the table i bought.beautiful and well made. very annoyed with delivery service. no phone call or txt message,not even a knock on the door.it was left out in the pouring rain for i dont know how long.only found it by accident.very poor service.

I recently purchased a side table. Mostly the table was of good quality apart from a section behind the drawer which was a thin sheet of wood that had been stapled on. This section was not in keeping with the rest of the table and was not displayed or described on your advertisement.

I already have another six draw chest from Rosaland, the second chest was not of the same colour and was not finished to the same standard as the first, disapointing to say the least. the two chest could not stand side by side as the difference was obvious. The firm of delivery agent was poor, said they would deliver one day, so time was taken from work dutys, but it did not arrive, no explanation given. The item was delivered two days later without notice, and was left in my front garden as I was not at home, very poor service.

I’m very disappointed with the fact that I quickly received an email to acknowledge my purchase stating that the item had been dispatched only to find out after I emailed that it was still with the delivery company. I am supposed to be receiving this on Friday 14th which is much longer than I expected. I hope that it is in perfect condition otherwise I will be even more disappointed if it has to be returned especially as I could have had an alternative from another company in a much quicker time!

TV stand was delivered really quickly and was packaged really well. Couple of downsides, I live on the second floor there’s no lift, I had to ask a neighbour to help me get it up the stairs then when I unpacked it there were no drawer handles, fortunately I had a couple of spares and they fit perfectly. The stand is good quality and looks really nice and I would definitely order from Roseland again.

The website, availability of products, and customer service are great. Sadly, these are all let down by an atrocious delivery service (which to be fair is 3rd party, but Roselands appointed them). My order consisted of 3 items. All ordered together. I was supplied with a link to a tracking app called XDP. My order was to be delivered on a Monday, between 3pm and 5pm. I used the app to track delivery, but throughout the entire day, my delivery was listed as number 121 with 44 still to go and the driver being somewhere in Kent. Despite updating throughout the day, the delivery numbers never changed, and the driver location remained at the same place all day. This despite the app informing me the driver had updated at various times. 6pm came and went. No delivery. Then at 6.15pm an unmarked tatty van pulled up. Two guys scratching there heads.......only 1 piece of my order on board. They stated they were overloaded so the rest would be on the other van, maybe tonight......maybe tomorrow. Next morning, another text message received saying delivery between 3pm and 5pm. Ah good. Lets track it. No way, as order number the same and app saying it was already delivered. Nothing arrived. Spoke to Roseland next day who confirmed remaining items still in delivery depot. On Thursday, another text, with new delivery order to track. Again, despite being told now a priority delivery, I was listed as number 21 on the delivery list. And the tracking map? Well, apparently the driver was in Scotland. Quite a way from Sussex. The remaining order arrived at 3pm despite the app STILL showing the driver being in Scotland. One guy on his own, more interested in chatting to his mates on his phone. He didn't even bother lifting the heaviest item into the house. Just left it on the doorstep. Just to top it off, there was some minor damage to 2 pieces of furniture, but Roseland have already dealt with that quickly and efficiently. To sum up, the delivery service is atrocious, with an app to match. This is painting Roseland in a bad light.

We do try to make sure all our deliveries are applies and completed in good time with items altogether. Unfortunately some do not go quite to plan and we have little control when this happens. Very impressed with the speed of delivery however the quality of the furniture is not fantastic, one of the bottom of the drawers in the chest had a dent coming through and the surface had split and the workmanship is a bit shoddy , not finished off properly. For example the varnish on top of one of the bedside tables is lumpy and not been spread out before it dried.

I bought 2 identical items from Roseland. The shipment was split for some reason and the first item was delivered before the text and email notifications. Luckily I was in. The second part came a few days later. They were made in Vietnam so I can only assume the high cost is down to shipping and transport as they are hardly what you would call 'substantially made' - the staples holding the back board on don't instil confidence that they will stand up to day to day use. Still they are doing the job
