This is the second item from this range that we have ordered, the first had to be done through Amazon because it couldn’t be delivered to Scotland direct from roseland. Both items arrived minus some handles. The first time they arrived within a few days but the second time it has taken 3 weeks., after 3 emails to get them. I was told the delay was probably because they had to come all the way up to Scotland!!! Furniture is good but feel slightly aggrieved that Scotland seems to be on the other side if the world.

Disappointed thought it was British made but made in Vietnam, would never had bought it if known. Top layer of wood not solid, thin in the middle layered with cheap wood

Furniture very good but delivery service poor. Contacted Roseland to discuss but no real effort to help so I kitted out 2 bedrooms from a competitor. Shame really the 3 items bought are really good.

Hello Rob Young We apologise if the delivery was not as expected. We do forward all notes to the carriers for our customers. The table was delivered via the suppliers courier and unfortunately we do not have the control over them. We apologise if you then felt the need to go elsewhere. Kind regards Roseland

The TV unit is lovely and delivered quickly however the colour is grey not Ivory

I've not received my order yet. The delivery on the item said 5-10 working days so I tried to order it so it would arrive in my week off work but I got an email saying a delivery day for the week after my week off, which I couldn't do, so I was upset because I had tried to plan it for when I was at home. The delivery said it could only come once a week to my area and the previous week was booked up so I have had to arrange for a later date when my partner is on nights. The delivery information needs to be more specific when ordering to work with the customers needs. I would not of ordered from Roseland Furniture if I had known it would come later and not within my available week like I had tried to plan. Looking forward to receiving the item soon though and having some nice furniture in my house.

I could give better rate if XDP courier didn't let me down. After waiting 2 months for the delivery,because some items were on pre order, but them when they dispatched the items never arrived. So order cancelled and asked for refund. Very disappointed.

Furniture arrived very quickly and well packed . Tv stand well made as was the light stand - however no drawer handles inside the drawers !!! Best of tables from same set are cheap veneer with edges unglued - such a shame as it spoilt the set

TV unit, not colour as shown online. Decided to keep it. Now noticing badly fitted door and drawer. Poor quality for money. Would have bought matching corner cupboards, not now.

A chest of drawers arrived damaged. Customer services acted quickly and a replacement arrived within 3 days. Satisfied with the end result.

Unfortunately our small sideboard arrived with loose drawer handles and doors that weren't aligned plus the drawer is very stiff. Apart from these issues the sideboard is quite a nice piece of furniture which we are using in our bathroom for storage.

the sideboard i bought is good quality, however i got the charcoal one and it seems more like a really dark blue. The room it goes in has a lot of charcoal things in it and does not match any. also it turned up with a dent on the corner but this was probably done by the delivery people

Ordered a small cupboard. It's quite cheaply made and has one or two little marks on the front door but for the price paid, it does the job. Bit disappointed to find it was £30 cheaper in the sale but that's life!

Looks nice but not the quality I would expect for the price paid. The description made me think that more of it would be solid oak, most is vaneer. There are some obvious gaps in the vaneer in highly visibly spots. Cupboard doors do not have a consistent gap but can be adjusted. Delivered quickly, feet didn’t arrive with the unit, quickly rectified and sent through.

The tv stand i wanted was out if stock and when it was delivered it was badly damaged. Anything can happen while in transit from Vietnam. What i would say is that the Roseland after sales service is excellent & the return was dealt with very efficiently.

We bought 3 items of furniture from the London Oak collection. The mini sideboard and TV stand were fine but we were very disappointed with the nest of tables. Part of the laminate top on the small table was peeling off and one edge had been filled with a dark coloured wood filler. If veneer is used it should at least be nicely done.

Received our Surrey TV Stand promptly. Not known to us but seen later was an area on the right lower side, where the oak veneer had become detached from wood behind and had been glued - no doubt in the factory. This rather dampened our view of the piece because otherwise it is decent and fit for purpose.

The item was broken and had to be replaced. The replacement was perfect. However, the delivery/recovery company XPD were rubbish. The original delivery was between 8-10pm and now the recovery is scheduled for 12.56am-2.56am. Just daft!

Colour a lot darker than expected. Finish could be better inside of back legs not stained. Drawer inners very light and flimsy wood.
