Unfortunately my purchase didn’t work out so was returned. I can’t praise customer service enough. The process of returns and refund process is exceptional. I would certainly use Roseland again.

The sideboard was as described and we are pleased with it. The reason for the lower score overall was the delivery by Tuffnells . At no point did the delivery company contact us to give a delivery date. On Friday morning I opened the curtain at the front door at 0800 . When I returned at 08.18 the sideboard had been left outside in the pouring rain . We struggled to get into the house as very heavy , the cardboard covering the furniture was soaking wet .at no point did I get a notification about the delivery. At no point did the promised email and text advice happen. So I would have liked to purchase more from Roseland but would be reluctant if they use Tuffnells for delivery as it was such a poor experience.

We ordered two sideboards which were damaged when received. There was no quibble with replacing and discount but feel the quality inspection should be improved

I would give 5 stars if the item had not been damaged in transit After removing the packaging it would have been impossible to return in the same packaging. Fortunately as I am a retired cabinet maker I was able to do the necessary repairs myself.

It has been very frustrating as we placed the order at the start of spring and received it October we understood that there was a delay but it was still advertised as 6 weeks delivery and we had been waiting months, we had to chase and given %off but it was frustrating

Not overly impressed with this purchase. It arrived with a faulty drawer. They wanted the whole table back to send me a new one. second one arrived with the same fault but not as bad so I kept it. Now 2 years on I have had to move the faulty drawer to the bottom of the cupboard as I use that drawer less. Weird company to deal with would not recommend.

Thank you for your review. I have looked back at our last communication back in 2019 and cannot see that you reported any fault with the replacement unit and we have not heard from you Aug 5th 2019. Loved the item of furniture but it was scratched and the paint wasn’t great in some places. As I did like it I agreed £25 reduction from an item costing £159. I did hope for more but agreed in the end as I didn’t want to return and run the risk of a replacement being worse. If I hadn’t liked the item and colour so much I would have taken a full refund.

Quoted 8 weeks delivery but delivered it in 10 days This was a problem because we were on holiday. We came home to find it delivered on the door step soaking wet

Thank you for your review Ian Tilbrook. I am sorry for the confusion with delivery timescales. Our website did not indicate 8 weeks delivery it indicates 8 working days. If you could update your review accordingly in regards to this, then that would be very much appreciated. Unfortunately, by the time that we were informed by yourself, that you would not be at home for delivery, the goods were already on the way to you. The driver should not have left this without your permission so we will take this up with the courier company that made delivery. We can only apologize for them doing this. Ordering and delivery was very easy, quick and efficient. Was kept upto date with delivery date and time. Sofa is lovely to look at . The feet are already on part of the sofa which is great but on the next part where you have to put the feet on yourself is a nightmare, you just can’t screw them in securely. The back is on runners and is meant to slot in easily. Absolutely impossible as the runners on the sofa and the back were out by about half a cm, luckily we managed to screw it off and move it. Not good quality for the £649 price tag. Dies t feel sturdy either.

Service and items purchased from Roseland were very good - no complaints at all. However marked only as 3* in view of the courier company contracted by Roseland (Tuffnells) who are unable to provide a day/date for delivery supposedly the evening before it is due - which is bad enough - but in our case ended up being an email sent several hours after the item had already been delivered on a day we were just lucky to have been in. Needs to be improved as Roseland is suffering for the service provided for a sub contracted part of their process.

The furniture item I ordered was faulty. A bent hinge meant the doors didn't hang correctly, the magnetic fitting to hold one door in was broken, there was a crack on the wood, the top side wooden edge panel was not big enough, the side panel didn't fit, the varnish had run. For an expensive display cabinet it was very disappointing. I would not purchase anything from Roseland again. However, the company has been helpful and the delivery was prompt

Happy with ordering process and delivery. The item itself (5 draw CHEST) was OK but small chip off veneer at bottom of unit was a shame as chipboard was visible but we were able to hide it. Also small problem with draw stops. Had to adjust a couple to allow the drawers to close properly.

Thank you for your review. I can see that you placed the order on 13.8.21 and that you were informed an estimated date of the end of September for the new stock to arrive. Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not notified of delivery. The couriers scanner usually sends you an estimated 2 hour delivery window when scanned onto the delivery vehicle. I can see that this was not sent to you which indicates that the driver had a problem with the handheld scanner on the day. I am glad to hear that you are happy with your new furniture. The product itself was just what I wanted. Well made and good value for money. The dispatch time was much sooner than expected. However I can only give it 3 stars due to their delivery service. After waiting in all day for the item it never showed up. Was then informed in the evening that it had been delivered. Had no information as to where to. After 4 days in turned up back at the delivery depot. So how could it have been delivered?? It was then delivered 3 days later. Could not fault Roseland Furniture.

The cupboard is lovely but have already complained to you the door knobs have bubbled, requested replacements please.

Delivery great. Chester bedside cabinet was size I wanted but quality not as good as I expected. A few marks and rough finish in places.
