Product is stone grey, not the lighter grey displayed on the website photos. Delivery clumsy. Delivered by XDP, tracking service next to useless. They don't even know the difference between AM and PM. It arrived 6.30pm which was OK, but not as tracked. Zero communication from XDP on the day. The product quality is reasonable, but Roseland you need to improve your delivery service as the customer has no control of when these products will arrive, along with no weekend slots.

Dear Gary Shortell, We apologise that delivery did not meet expectations, the times are an estimate only and delivery can be outside times given. this can be due to hold-ups, breakdowns or other anomalies. XDP are improving their systems for delivery at present to make it clearer on the APP for customers. Kind regards Roseland

Was advertised as ready assembled but came in flat pack and required assembly. Very disappointed

Purchased a Tall 5 Drawer London Oak chest of drawers recently, delivery was nothing like I have ever experienced? Given a window of time & they delivered it 6 hours later?... Quality not as expected, all handles discoloured & rough, very well packaged! Wouldn't buy again

It would be useful to know when ordering that the couriers only deliver to the door threshold, difficult if you live in a flat.

Recently bought the Surry Oak Consol table for my hallway. Love the design, matches the lounge units l bought from you. However the quality and the way its made from bits of put together piecers of wood, falls sort of solid furniture stated.

I ordered the Abbey oak chest of drawers. It arrived well packaged , however I was disappointed with the quality. It is rather flimsy and wouldn’t last long for everyday use. The joints on the corners of the chest are not completely in line. As it’s only furniture for a spare room it should be ok with minimal use. I am still waiting for the matching bedside cabinets to arrive. I was hoping this furniture would be good quality as I planned to buy more living room and dining room furniture from Roseland. I think I’ll go elsewhere now.

Although the table was a good price it is clear that you get what you pay for. Some of the blue paint was scuffed and needed a touch up also the alignment of the outer leaves with the centre extension piece was difficult to lock into place. Good stable piece of furniture when assembled.

Sideboard is great however I couldn’t give it 5 stars as the delivery service was terrible, 1 hour late, the box was filthy abd then dumped and left on a cream carpet. I spent the evening cleaning my carpets after the delivery!

The Customer Service was so poor, that I was unable to pin down a date of arrival. I was told we can only email the Supplier as we don't have a contact number. Ordered 22nd Oct and Cancelled mid December.

Well furniture is lovely but coffee table had a chip in it, I had read reviews from people who used this company and said customer services was good ….. here is my experience it took 12 emails and one call (pointless as they told me to email them !!!!)to get them to agree to exchange table I didn’t even want a refund!!!! Had email from company to collect but I was not around that day messaged them to let them know still waiting obviously not now going to get this before Christmas make sure u look at small print u have to repack returns we’ll table weighed a ton and as I had to rip boxes to get it out couldn’t repack so cost me £10 in bubble wrap and nearly killed me doing it ….. I’m not gonna bother to email or call again as I’m fed up with the whole process Roseland uve let urself down big time I will never buy from u again

Looks good but disappointed that I cant remove internal shelf as I wanted to store wine bottles . Only wished I had bought a slightly bigger cupboard.

Liked the chest of drawers although disappointed with finish. The bottom drawer sticks and the two lower horizontal cross members don’t meet the sides tightly.
