Item itself was lovely but the delivery time was shocking. I appreciate we have to wait a little longer for things so after 4 weeks it was marked as dispatched but a week later it was still not delivered, so contacted them and like magic it turned up the next day, would have been 5 stars but for the delivery times

Second time of receiving goods from Roseland. Quality is excellent. Would have given a five star review, reason for not doing so was furniture was ‘marked’ as dispatched when it was not. Also lack of good customer service. Spoke twice to an operative who really didn’t want to be bothered. A more positive and can do attitude would help in future.

I ordered two Farrow Grey small units; both items were received damaged. I was so disappointed, and it's caused a lot of inconvenience

Waited weeks expecting good quality furniture like we received in the past but were little disappointed with furniture when it eventually arrived. Whilst telephone table was good quality the nest of tables had several scuffs and chips on tables as you can see from photos attached to post which isn't good. There was also no allen key but luckily I had my own allen key so could assemble the tables.

I was pleased with the furniture but disappointed with how it was delivered. I wasn’t provided with any notice at all. I was told on the Friday morning it would be arriving between 11-1pm. I worked from home but it didn’t arrive. I had plans in the evening and had to go out. I received a text at about 7pm that it was arriving - at which point I was in central London. Fortunately, a neighbour let the delivery person in. This was all stressful and quite annoying.

Websites is easy to use, furniture is a bit pricey and I feel the furniture is not finished to the quality it should be considering the price. The delivery company they use is a joke, no email in the delivery day and the tracking didn't work.

The item arrived damaged and their couriers have an app which didn’t work for me or my son. We were disappointed.

I purchased the mini sideboard in light oak on the 19th January 2022 and paid £239.96 with the delivery date expected to be 6 weeks. A few days later Roseland advertised the same with 20% discount, and although they had only just received my order didn't reply to my email asking if the discount applied to my order. Came 9 weeks later. My wife says the top of the sideboard feels a little rough which is a bit disappointing.

Your furniture is good quality and value for money. However, the suppliers for the delivery of goods, is poor. I have bought a sideboard and bookcase from you on two separate occasions. One delivery in Essex and the other in Norfolk. Both times the estimated two hour delivery spot was way out. One turned up at 10:30pm expected between 5 and 7pm and was dumped on my door step for me to take into the house on my own as the driver was stressed beyond belief and just wanted to get to the next delivery slot. The other was expected 5:15 to 7:15pm, but arrived the next day and was left in the garden. It was impossible to contact the delivery company and no one contacted me for updates or explanation as to what was happening. For this reason, although your products are very good, I would think hard about purchasing anything again, or recommending Roseland to others. Which is a real shame.

The shape of the chair I purchased is fantastic. The comfort is tremendous. The delivery service is horrendous and I implore Roseland to change the delivery company. The couriers they employ give you a tracking service, but make you create an account to be able to leave the courier a message. However, there’s a fundamental flaw in creating an account - they never send you a confirmation email, through which you have to complete the registration process in order to be able to leave the courier a message, change delivery date/time, etc. I spent hours attmepting to coerce the utterly inept delivery system into accepting my registration - but to no avail. This then resulted in my chair being delivered at an inconvenient time and simply left at my front door for all the world to see, until I came home from work. It was roughly there for over six hours, if their delivery time was as stated in the original delivery update sent to me. This is completely unacceptable, and I’m certain nobody from either Roseland or the courier company would accept this level of service. I really like my purchase, but I will not shop with Roseland for my impending purchases due to the disgraceful courier company they use.

The chair is fine and the colour works well with the existing sofa. However, despite asking for notification so we could be sure we were available when delivery was made this did not happen. The delivery driver phoned to say he was there - and we were out. He said he would wait while we quickly returned, but he did not. Instead he left the chair outside the flat where anyone could have taken it. NOT GOOD SERVICE

The furniture was fine the low rating is for the delivery! No contact regarding day or time, the door bell rang and I opened the front door to find it just left on the doorstep!

The deliver took much longer than needed and the delivery driver that tried to drop at me the first time was exceptionally rude and aggressive. Chair is fine though

The bedside cabinets were not as described. Solid oak was all oak veneer on a non oak frame. The shelf was just a thin veneer over a frame.All very poor quality. However the customer services dealt with the complaint very well. Arranged collection of the delivered piece, cancelled the other two units and credited my account.

Have previously left a review whereby I have been critical of Roselands policy of stating 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Throughout the order awaiting period you have no idea really of when the items will be delivered. Contact with CS will give you the same answer. Shame as when finally items arrive they were well packaged , arrived when stated and if really good quality. If you can improve on delivery times with an approx date this would give the customer more confidence of the expected delivery.

The quality of the furniture is excellent but unfortunately, the problem I had was the item not being collected for delivery. I know this is due to a courier error but after numerous phone calls and being told someone would get back to me it took me to call again before this was rectified. The delivery driver that finally delivered my furniture refused to deliver to my front door even though I made you aware that I lived in an apartment with lift access. I am a 79year old lady and if it was not for my grandson arriving a few hours later it would have remained downstairs. This is not acceptable.

Piece of furniture is great. On down side had to chase as not delivered and discovered just left in warehouse. Secondly deliverers just left package on doorstep after their email was delivered too late to alter delivery plans.

The item looked different than on the photo. It looked black and in real life it was navy.
